Probably the only station in Wisconsin that has a McDonalds and only a 1 toilet bathroom. I thought this was the 1950's when I walked in and a guy was washing his shirt in the sink and a guy was grunting in the single stall. I waited for 12 minutes but the guy in the stall never came out. I was there long enough to recognize the manager and employee working who promptly closed the women's bathroom with a store full of customers. Good thing there was a Menard's across the highway. Service was non existent. McDonalds was good though. This is not a place to fill up and relieve yourself if you are on the highway. There are many other places and I bet they have more than one stall. I left there disgusted.

Dino stop is the cleanest gas station in Manitowoc interstate.... Awesome bakery and lots of stuff for everyone. Also car wash and mec Donald at the same stop. Great experience ??????

Passing through the area for work and stopped to get a drink and a snack. While standing in line the two ladies noticed my vehicle and commented that it “must be some hillbilly or redneck” which I found to be very rude. Better be careful ladies it would be unfortunate for you to loose the minimum wage job that you’re under qualified for and depend so dearly on.

not in a hurry to go back on our way to de pere wasted 20 mins cause they forgot my dads burger and had to go through drive through again to get it had to wait 10 mins wow!

Managers need to be aware of what their employees (name was Jessica) are doing on schedule work time. Couldn’t even greet a customer, because she was too busy being on her phone. Also, was taking pictures of customers and making fun of them in front of the customers eye. I understand this is a gas station and maybe a little short staff, but good customer service goes along way along with the presentation on how you look. The selection of things were good though along with being off the highway. Parking was a little jumbled with McDonald’s and bathrooms we’re dirty. Floors could of been cleaned. The one star is because of the poor customer service.

Poorly managed. Every time we go it is so slow. Today, 12 June, while we were we saw two cars leave the line because of the wait. We had to wait in the pick up line for a decaf coffee. Positive: strawberry banana smoothie tasted good.

I stopped in last night for gas and a restroom break on my way back to Waukesha county from Francis Creek. The restroom break wasn't planned but when nature calls well you know. The rest room was clean and the pumps were functioning well. I had no trouble and I always love getting 5 cents off with the Shell rewards cards.

I need to update this review NOW. And People Yelp-Steve-O has never rmoved a review or updated one. I MUST. And I will tel you why: I rcv'd a call from the regional manager of multiple store. This has neber happen before for me. I love McDonald's food. I reminds me when I was little. I will get straight to the point. This particular store has had some changes in management and employess over the past 3 months. So please people: A REMINDER. I do not submit a review until I have visited places like fast food multiple times so see if there is a pattern of sorts. BE PATIENT. BE KIND. WE ARE ALL HUMANS IN THIS WORLD. WE ALL CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH. I will give this place a chance. Thr gentelman that called me was extremely professional and for this person to call me directly says a lot about corp Mc D's. and this man's charector and how serios he takes reviews and how serious he takes the review you submit to corporate on your receipt. Again: give this place a chance. Be patient. You will get your food. It will be fresh and nice. It just may take a little time but they are working on it. As I tell my fellow homie-Yelpers: "Could be worse. Could be sitting for 45 minutes stuck at a diff drive-thru where they get it all wrong. Adn the food is absolutely horrible. I won't the name of the place. But it stars with a T and ends in Bell. Don't even get me started on this my fellow friends. Until the next Yelp, Yelp-Steve-O Peace out.

The car wash left soap all over my car. I went inside to complain and they gave me a coupon for a free wash. Why would I want another wash that leaves soap on my car?! I wanted a refund. No dice.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 things that I ordered. Manager was looking around like he had no clue what to do. When I finally got my order. The food wasn't even made correctly. If I waited 45 minutes the least they could have done is made it right. Nobody was at the desk. People didn't even get their food IN for at least 15 minutes. Cars in drive threw was sitting there for at least 10-15 minutes per car. RIDICULOUS!!
