Grew up with this store. The only good thing is the main guy. I don't know his name but he's tall and bald. He's super nice and informative. He tells you the real facts and actually gives a shit about the animals. He doesn't just try and sell you a ton of stuff. However most of the other employees are horrible, or you never really see them. There was one girl in particular, blonde middle aged basic. Havent seen her in a while so hopefully they fired her. She was always so rude and like didn't want to do her job. Of course like any chain petstore the care is horrid. The animals are half dead

Every time I try to purchase my dogs food, they never have it in stock. I asked if they could tell me when they would get it back in stock or if they had ordered any and they said that it's the manufacture that decides what they get. I looked at every store within 60 miles of me and NONE of them had his particular food in stock..I reached out to the manufacturer and they said that they weren't having any supply issues for this kind of food either so that makes me feel like it's petco just being lazy.

This is a horrible customer service experience all together. On top of actually taking the time to call their corporate twice, still no resolution. Asked for the manager Tina to return my call and the staff their is hiding everything from her I'm assuming. Will never shop there again. I will keep going to colonial where the staff is sensible and friendly.

Every visit to Petco has been great!The store is clean and customer service is excellent.My puppy is 6 months old and we had an appointment with Jenna today.She was very informative and made the session fun and productive.Not only is the staff great but the customers are so friendly and easygoing.I wish other businesses were as enjoyable and painless to be in.Keep up the great work!

Just stopped in. I checked online for a filter system for my tank. Online its priced at 47.99. In store its priced 59.99. I mentioned it to the guy working there in the fish area. His response was "yep, that's economics." Very rude! Will NOT be returning to this store, and I will be purchasing from a different retail chain. Wish I would have got his name.

Sometimes I feel a little guilty patronizing this big store pet shop, while there are smaller and more family owned places in town. However this is a good place to get food and other items for your fur friends. They sell Soulistic cat food which is the only brand our cats don't turn their noses up at; and don't upchuck. Their pet groomers are well trained and therefore are very capable. All the employees are friendly and willing to assist. Our three sweet little p*** machines are very glad we shop here. If you have a pet it would behoove you to visit Petco for all your needs
