3910 Dewey St, ManitowocWe were in a difficult situation on a Wednesday afternoon (the day before we left on a 9 day vacation). Our groomer said Mindy's ears look infected so we tried to see if one of the doctors could see her without an appointment. When we explained our dilemma to Christopher & he checked to see if anyone could see her. Dr. Schoeller graciously made time to see her. Mindy had ear infections in both ears. ? We are so very thankful that they saw Mindy. We didn't want our dog sitter to have to deal with a sick dog. When we returned from our 9 day vacation, Mindy was back to her happy, perky self. THANK YOU DR. SCHOELLER & CHRISTOPHER for your compassion!!

The brewery itself is clean & modern, though its atmosphere felt a bit felt sterile compared to other breweries. The menu features a strong focus on sours, which might be perfect for dedicated sour fans, but for those who enjoy a wider variety, it may feel a bit limiting. It was surprisingly quiet during our visit, with only one other couple in the taproom. We’re excited to see how they evolve. It’s worth a visit, especially if you’re a sour enthusiast.
