Worst parts store in Manitowoc. No refunds on defective parts until an argument and threats to call manager or corporate. Anything defective purchased here will cost you 30 minutes of your time before they issue a refund.

Went in for an oil filter. They didn’t have the one I requested. We asked the guy at the counter for a cross reference. He pretended to look and told us there isn’t one. We asked him to look again, so he did. Turns out there is one, but they don’t carry the brand. We went to Fleet Farm and found the filter at nearly 1/3 the price. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
