We just purchased a 23 GMC Acadia from Amanda at Broadway (Manitowoc) this week. This is the fourth new GMC we’ve purchased here, and Amanda has handled each sale. She is knowledgeable and courteous, and has gotten to know us quite well. We are very satisfied with how we have been treated, and all three previous GMCs have served us well. I’m sure this new one will also follow suit.

Best experience buying a car I have had. Nick Emme was sales person and super responsive and made the whole process quick and easy. First time I have left a dealership feeling I got a good deal which was transparent without the high pressure sales pitch. Would recommend Nick and the dealership if want easy of purchase and informed service.

AJ Johnson is the go to in sales. In this new car market we just purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse below MSRP plus rebates added! What they have on the internet is accurate so do not be hesitant to buy sight unseen when making a offer. They stand behind their inventory and there is NO high pressure for the typical add ons.

I paid top dollar dollar for 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali and it had really bad ride on bumps, so l had mathews tire check it out and they said all four shocks were shot! $4,125.00 . So I called and said that to Joel the sales manager. He says, oh that truck that truck was sold as is !! I just paid $40,000.00 for a rough ride. So Joel and his manager and the service manager took it for a ride and decided that they were good. BS ! If the service manager thought the shocks were good! He should be working the car wash!! So I had all shocks replaced and the truck rides great! But now I really don’t have any money! Thanks Broadway manitowoc!

Bought a new GMC Truck this week and the expertise and professionalism is what you would expect from a dealership. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and very fast to respond to questions and pictures as I was shopping from home nearly 2 hours away. The General Manager was also very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Every question and concern was addressed quickly and I know I was not the only customer they had to deal with. I am particular when it comes to my vehicles and they definitely understood that. After the paperwork was done the salesperson walked me around the truck to show and demonstrate all the features. He was very knowledgeable of each feature and explained in detail the use and function as well as insight. As for the truck, with a few hundred miles on it so far time will tell. So far it is what I was looking for. We purchase a new vehicle about every 2 years and this experience with the people was one of the best so far. We will come back!!

This review is the last thing I wanted to do but after my recent experience that could have taken my life and continues to threaten the health and safety of my family I have to do it. I have held off writing the review after multiple TERRIBLE experiences because I read so many wonderful reviews and I really hate to knock a buisness. I noticed that the sales team was exceptional. Professional, kind and relaxed when looking at cars. This review is strictly limited to the dealership service department and management. Now, If you are considering using this company for service Buyer BEWARE! It will be at your own risk. I took my vehicle into this location after moving to Manitowoc last year. I went in to have my window fixed and came home to my third row seat not working properly. I had left the seat down and when I returned it was down, I didn't see any issue. However! The person that was doing the window, I would like to assume maybe to be kind, took the head rests that I placed behind the front and passenger seat and placed them back on the back seat and rolled the seat back down. This caused the seat to get stuck! You can NOT have the head rests on while it is DOWN! I called and they ended up having to replace the entire seat! I could no longer take all of my children with me when leaving the house meaning some of the older kids were forced to walk to school or leave extra early for school. I used ridiculous amounts of gas , time and patience going back and fourth. That being said they replaced the seat and its back as it was. THEN! Like the forgiving person I am, and also because of all the great reviews I took my spoiled car back to CADILLAC! I have never taken it to a small time mechanic because I figure Cadillac knows her best. I buy four new all season tires because they had a wonderful rebate going on. Turns out it was all a sham! NO REBATE! After many months of waiting we contacted the manager and let them know we hadn't gotten our rebate. There was three of them on it and not a single one was able to get into contact with anyone. After all of the managers tried they gave us a 150 dollar credit towards service. It was not the employees fault the rebate was fraudulent. All very frustrating, time consuming and odd! BUT I saw the credit as an oil change or two. So, I take the car in for an oil change. About 130 of the 150 was used for the oil change. Eyes widen but what ever! It's done. I figured we were done with the company and we would wipe our hands of it. I WAS WRONG!! I was driving two days ago in the rain and my tire blew on the high way! HP towed it near by and we have a specialist look at it. THE TIRE IS DEFECTIVE! Matter of fact he said! "There are three more~ not if but whens on your vehicle. It is not safe to drive. He said I am potentially driving a ticking time bomb" This is my daily driver. I drive my kids and their friends around town in this car for school, events and more. Now, He told me to take it to Broadway and show the service guy what happened. They should know and do something about it. However, I made an apt with a tire company the specialist recommended and drove to Broadway just to let them know. The tire was BRAND NEW. I spoke with an older man with glasses yesterday and explained to him the situation. He was like, Yes I remember you guys. The rebate tires. He was agitated that I was in his presence and really didn't want to go outside and look at the defective tire. But he did and as soon as I opened the hatch he was like these are old tires, They must have popped. I explained to him that they did not pop due to age or foreign object.He was short and said he couldn't do anything and didn't even understand why I was there. I asked if he could contact the manufacturer and he said, why don't you? I can't do anything! I was told that Broadway sold me defective tires and to let them know. So! I drove to Broadway and let them know. The man was short , agitated and really unhappy that I was there! Moral of the story! DONT GO TO BROADWAY TO SERVIC

We had a very positive experience buying a vehicle from Broadway. The pricing was very fair, and no one pressured us at all. Multiple staff members worked together to make sure we understood everything involved in the warranty, financing, OnStar, etc. We have already highly recommended Broadway to others.
