My mom recently switched doctors to Doctor Hoffman at the Bellin Clinic in Manitowoc. He was amazing! He took time to completely look at her chart, talked with her about her health goals, and completely explained her health options. He took so much time with her and was patient and kind. I can't remember the last time anyone was so invested in my mom's health. A five star rating is not high enough for the exceptional care and professional manner of the entire staff including PA-C Tammi Gags and RN Kelly.

Bellin health has Great Quality of care. I came back after a horrible experience Aurora & my Dr getting fired at Holy family.

I used to Live in Green Bay, and all my doctors were through Bellin. I loved how I was treated. I moved to Two Rivers, and eventually had to see Aurora providers, didn't know there was a Bellin Clinic here in Manitowoc where I currently live. I'm still treated very well, and very thankful I switched doctors. I would rather die than be treated by an Aurora provider!! Thank you Bellin for caring about your patients.

This place was once great, I was so happy when I first switched. Now, it is just like the other medical facilities. While I enjoy my Dr., dealing with Roxanne is not worth it and I am now looking for a different Dr.. very unfortunate!!!!

I have been with Tammi for many years and she is the best. She takes all the time you need and all the time she needs to make sure you understand what her thoughts are on what your Healthcare needs are. She's very understanding and supportive. The nurses are also very helpful and wonderful. I have never had any problems with her or her staff. I would highly recommend her any day of the week. She is also very relaxed and makes you feel very comfortable. She's good with men as well.

Dr.Hoffman has a great attitude as a family doctor. Switching my 2 year old from pediatrics to here was a great choice. Honest medical practice with true care for your family and not over medicating at every possibility to do so. Thankful to have a Bellin in Manitowoc.

This is my primary care physician's office. I love everything about this office. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable! They know me very well and know my needs. There are image services available here, physical therapy is available as well as other visiting physician's offices so you don't have to always drive all over creation to see that specialist. I never have trouble getting an appointment when I need it either. The accept many insurances including badgercare, so give them a call and see if they can take care of you as well.
