Seriously disappointed. Sat outside your Manitowoc store waiting to get in for 50 minutes. Was told to line up in front of one of the garage doors while the two cars behind me did the same. Both the other cars got in their stalls by a good 15 minutes. Once I get inside I find out it's like $69 plus an extra $22 for high mileage oil. Needless to say for a $100 I'll take my business elsewhere. I know damn well 5 qts of high mileage oil is not $22 dollars more than standard. So explain to me why your high mileage oil is so much more expensive than standard oil? Having worked in an auto parts industry in sales I know exactly what the price difference is and it's no $22.

The manager running this place is a complete unprofessional, joke. Smirking while i asked questions and talking down to me. Using profanity and blabbing that he doesnt make commission for the services i get, which nobody even asked him about commission. Unprofessional, rude, also has no idea what he is doing in that field as he could not even answer a simple question i had. I submitted my terrible experience on BBB it was so horrible. I hope nobody ever has to experience this with such a sour “manager.”You need to get a new job, sir. I have never had bad experiences here until now.
