Rented a Honda GX160 pressure washer that worked great. Wasn't expecting a quality machine like this Honda, thanks for having good equipment. Rental process needs a little refining, but overall happy with ACE.

We called twice to see if they had a hitch attachment for a vehilcle for rent we were assured they had one because it was going to be a long drive for us and a waste of has if they didnt. I even asked them this is the hitch not the receiver they said yes. We drove all the way there and they didnt. They even made it seem like it was our fault and was mansplained the difference between a reciever and a hitch wich i know. I specifically said this is NOT a reciever on the phone they said yes its a hitch

Worked on a project over the last month and rented 5 items on different days. 2 time had to bring back a none working item. HAVE THEM START EACH RENTAL AT THE SHOP.
