They do not let people know when they have packages for people. I ordered from Amazon for a week I waited, I finally asked my husband to go check the post office. There it was, another day there and it would have been sent back as unclaimed mail. I have a regular p.o. box so I don't know why they didn't put a yellow card in my box to alert me that I had a package for pick up. Ordered from Amazon but delivered by USPS. if there was a zero thats what my rating would be!

Had an issue with a carrier but she's no longer there and everything is better. Counter people are very helpful!!!

Someone else mentioned the mail carrier talking about people’s mail at the bar. Very true. Been there to hear it. Personally, I have been out of town and now the Manawa Post Office is returning my mail to the senders with a “no longer at this address” stamp on the mail.

Ordered fan blades for a box fan that broke. They bent them to make them fit in the mail box. Anything bigger then your mail box i suggest using ups for because the manawa post office will do anything to try to and make it fit in your mail box including breaking your stuff...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They refuse to deliver packages that inconvenience the mail carrier. Your job is to deliver packages - not only ones you feel like. Would never recommend the Manawa post office. We would be better off without one since they don't do their job anyways.

2 days in a row they just threw my mail on the ground. Called and got hung up on.

When mail carries talk about people's mail in the bar that is against the law. Manawa had a problem.
