The service department at this dealership is amazing! I am very mechanically inclined, and typically service my own vehicles, so I dread going to shops when I have to. There was an issue I needed help diagnosing. Not only were the service writers I worked with, Trent Kremeier & Keith McGarvey, very friendly and easy to work with, the assigned mechanic was the same. I have never had a dealer allow me to speak with the mechanic directly to better explain my issue. The mechanic was very professional and easy to work with. Ultimately it was determined the issue I was chasing was normal. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

bought a g37x service engine light turned on when I pulled off the lot with it. After taking it back 3 times it was eventually fixed. Just need to test drive a little more otherwise good service!

I purchased my vehicle as a certified pre-owned vehicle in May. I had a few issues after picking it up that I wanted addressed, so I brought it in within the first month of purchasing to have them looked at. I was surprised that they told me one of the issues was not covered. The item was a reverse light which required the entire assembly to be replaced, not just a bulb. When purchasing it I was told that the original manufacturer's warranty goes through July of 2024, and that is what my paperwork said. When actually the manufacturer's warranty expired in July of 2023. When I pointed this out to the sales manager that the paperwork says 2024 I was told, "well, because of a clerical error, you win, that should make you happy." While I'm happy that the item was covered, I didn't "win" anything, I had a contract that they drafted. As a customer you shouldn't have to feel bad about the dealership honoring a contract, but they sure made me feel that way.

Came in for a oil change this morning when I left my car started having issues, I called back to the dealership and Trent was more than helpful, even coming to check on me since I was a mile down the road, they were so helpful and fixed my car with no issues!

We were traveling through Madison and our QX60 suddenly started running very poorly. Fortunately we were within 20 miles of Fitchburg and were able to make it Zimbrick about 15 minutes before they were set to close. Paul in service was super nice and helpful and after understanding our issues he gave us a loaner. Repair was diagnosed and completed quickly and 24 hrs later our car was ready to go. This kind of service is why you spend more for an Infinity.

Pricey for services like any dealership, but worth it overall. Fast, friendly, professional and efficient service. My car was looked at the same day, repairs and estimates were communicated and completed within hours. They put me in a very nice loaner car for a few days while waiting on parts/repairs. My service advisor Trent was great to work with. Overall very happy with my experience!

We bought our infinity from Goban cars. It has had one problem after another in the last 5 months. We have had it in to different shops a total of 6 times now.
Hands down, Paul and Trent at Zimbrick Infinity were the best service we have ever received. They got us a beautiful brand new infinity suv that actually fit our family(and have 5 kids ages 7-17), w zero hassle. They left our vehicle cleaner than they found it.
Most importantly we purchased a bumper to bumper warranty from Goban and we found out they were not going to cover a $2,500 service that we required to drive safely. Paul put me back in touch w the GM at Goban and praise the Lord, the manager at Goban pushed it through for us. We were so worried and they helped us through a tough time. I am so grateful for both Paul and Trent. “But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.””

They do the bare minimum. They can't troubleshoot problems, just check boxes and tell you other things that you should have done to your vehicle. We told them something was drawing current from the battery but instead of checking that, they just said the battery was bad. We've replaced it 3 times in 4 years. Never have I ever had to do that with any other car I've ever owned!

Zimbrick Honda and Infiniti are excellent places to use. I have used them for over 35 years now and would not consider going to another dealer if they have the brand I want. I have purchased 15 cars in 20 years from them. Love them.
