We used Carlos P. To help us get a vehicle for our child who will be driving soon. He was great in helping us get what we wanted and it was a wonderful surprise for our kid. We appreciate his flexibility and honesty. We could not be happier with our used VW GTI!

Although my car needed a major repair, and was in the shop for an extended period, I am very happy with the thoroughness of repairs and the Professionalism of the Service Staff.

Carlos was amazing! Drove over 3 hours concerned about what the experience was going to be like not having known the dealership at all. Carlos went out of his way to take care of us and make our buying experience top notch! Highly recommend Zimbrick Hyundai West and the entire team there. Simple and upfront negotiations, no games, organized and efficient buying process, great communication prior to our appointment, etc … if we could give Carlos more than 5 stars, we would! Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive again to buy another vehicle from Carlos and Zimbrick.

Horrible customer service. Not accommodating. Didn’t want to hold up to the warranty of the default of the horrible engines that were placed in the vehicles even after they had a class action lawsuit about this very same thing. And was charged over $200 labor for them only replacing a light bulb that only cost $5.50. Not satisfied at all.

I strongly recommend everyone to avoid shopping at this dealership, because they cannot be trusted at their word. You call ahead, inquire about a GMC Truck, and they claim that they have it and it is still available. You double check their website, and sure enough it is listed there. You drive for an hour to find that the vehicle has been sold, and is just sitting there on the lot with a yellow tag stating "SOLD". No one from the dealership comes out to help you out and to answer any questions. So you call them via phone, and then you discover that contrary to what you have been lead to believe, the vehicle not only sold, but sold three days prior. I guess wasting the time and gas of potential buyers is a game that they like to play, and it is particularly hard to update your website to reflect the current inventory, and for them to tell you that the vehicle you are coming to see is no longer available. Just terrible.

So in January, Zimbrick performed a anti-theft security update on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra (which I bought from Zimbrick Hyundai in 2020). Well, my vehicle was stolen a couple days ago anyway, so the so-called "security update" was useless as a deterrent. Given there is a class action lawsuit against Hyundai pertaining to this issue, I thought I'd call the dealership that serviced the car to get some information about it thinking they'd be concerned a customer had their vehicle stolen AFTER the update was done. Unfortunately, Zimbrick's representative showed ZERO concern for my plight and just said I had to take care of it myself. I'm not blaming Zimbrick for my car getting stolen because it's Hyundai's problem (plus insurance will cover most of my loss), but I will NEVER do business with Zimbrick again because they obviously don't care what happens to their customer's vehicle once it leaves their lot. My dad owned a dealership for decades, and he would never stand for such a lack of customer service. If you want repeat business, Zimbrick, the story doesn't end when the customer drives off the lot. Back end support is key, and you failed in that regard. Good riddance!

Absolute joke of a service team. They performed a bandaid fix before my warranty ran out instead of actually fixing the issue. I was told that they could still resolve the issue outside of warranty since I initially brought it in before the expiration.
I brought my car in today again because surprise surprise the same issue is continuing and was told there is nothing they can do for me which contradicts what I was previously told.
My car can't even make it to their recommended mileage for an oil change because it is burning oil so badly.
This service team is incompetent and sets unrealistic expectations which they can't live up to. Will not be back here or to another Zimbrick location.

Was refused the sale of a car because the price didn’t reflect their sales number and would not meet their sales expectations. Overall experience was awful and the salesman Kevin was keen on selling the car overpriced and was very pressuring into purchasing through him. Very shoddy place.

I walked into the dealer with a family friend and requested to test drive a car but was turned away from an Asian salesperson who complained that we didn’t look like we were going to buy a car and that he was too busy to help. Would not recommend shopping here

I worked with Jeff Winchel throughout the process of getting a new engine on my Sonata. Not only was the cost of the engine fully covered by the warranty but I was lended a loaner car while mine was being worked on. Jeff was easy to work with, was great at communicating with me and made the whole process hastle free.

Beware shoddy service!
I recently took my car in for its 30k mile check and an oil change. Several weeks later I noticed that oil was dripping from my car and that my brakes were stuttering (problems that did not occur before bringing my car in for a checkup). I took my car to an auto repair place I trust, and they found that the Zimbrick mechanics had not fully tightened the oil drain plug causing the oil they had replaced to leak out. Worse my front and rear brakes were severely overheated and warped because there was no lubricant on the pins and calipers of my brakes! Not only did I have to pay to have my oil replaced by $1,300 dollars to replace my warped brakes. I am not sure if the Zimbrick service removed the lubricant from my brakes (they did replace my brake fluid) or if it was caused by some other source, but they did not catch this during their inspection just a few weeks before it warped my brakes.
