Terrible service. They have not been able to figure out what's wrong with my vehicle for over 3.5 months. Their service manager Kevin chewed me out and yelled at me when I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle because he knew I had filed a complaint with Hyundai corporate. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you want good service after the fact. I have never had issues with service centers at other dealerships. This is a first.

Our 2013 Hyundai broke down. We had another mechanic look at it and told us that our specific problem will most likely result in a new engine from Hyundai due to manufacturing defects. We brought the vehicle in to Zimbrick 1 month ago and it is still sitting there not looked at. A technician last week told us it would be looked at by the end of the week. Not done. This week the guy told us we were second in line (this was a Monday) It's Friday...not done. Today he said we were next in line...told me it won't get done till next week. It's been a month without a car and they could care less about keeping their word. They are obviously, grossly understaffed. I won't buy my next vehicle here.

We had a great experience at Zimbrick Eastside Hyundai. Rich worked with us to minimize our time at the dealer due to coronavirus. Financing options were presented with excellent information, but not too pushy. Car was clean and sanitized for pickup and Rich walked us through the features. Got a fair trade-in value for our old car too. Definitely recommend!
