We have been doing business with Robert Billings since 2013. We just leased our 5 CRV from him. He is a great person to do business with as well as Zimbrick. As long as I can still drive we will continue to come back!!!!!!!!!!!

Second car we’ve bought from Robert B. Last one was 9yrs ago. What sets them apart? The guy would send me emails on our car purchase anniversary and on my and my wife’s birthday just to check in. It may seem small to you, but who does that for 9yrs. It reminded us who we bought our last Honda from and that he cared about the business. And I will tell you, every been going to Honda Service on Grand Canyon Dr since 2000 for our service work. They don’t BS you. I might not always like what they tell me, but it’s the truth. We buy Hondas because these people care.

Went in for a service and met Mellissa. So knowledgeable and helpful. Every question I had she had an answer. Didn't over sale any service and told me what I needed done. Don't trust anyone with my old Accord.

TL:DR, find a better dealer to work on your vehicle. I have an old Honda and I needed a key made. After I waited for service, I was told my vehicle was ready so I paid but when I went to my car, the key didn’t unlock the doors. Clearly, they had not checked to see if the key worked, when I brought it up to Phil in service he apologized and said that he had used a new technician. Then he told me that that technician had left on a test drive and had no idea when he would be back, I told Phil I would call back in and try to arrange at time to bring my car in, yet again, but it’s been a week and a day and I haven’t gotten a response. I paid $226 for a key that doesn’t work and I’m now told that I have to pay for more service hours to get the problem remedied.

We went to buy a certified used car and were given false and misleading information about the certification and warranty coverage on the car until I corrected them. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
We were told the car they listed as "certified" could not actually be certified by Honda due to an open recall but "the only difference is it comes with a 10 year power train warranty through Zimbick instead of a 7 year one from Honda". That is not true. Vehicles certified by Honda (HondaTrue) come with an additional warranty and host other gurantees and features which they conveniently never mentioned despite me explicitly asking about the difference. Their website is also wildly out of sync with what they actually have so shopping online is a waste of time.

Zero Stars if possible. Scammed me out of 10,000. Bought a car for 14,000 and less then a year later told me it was only worth 4,500 at most when trying to trade up to something bigger. Drove it less then 10,000 miles. Take your money elsewhere or they will scam you too!
