I did not have a pleasant experience at this location. Go to the one off Fish Hatchery. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me my tread was low (a 2023 vehicle at 26,000) whilst also not resetting my oil gauge light. So I got a 2nd opinion and my tread is fine... kind of messed up that trying to swindle customers while also not even performing ALL duties (yes, that includes resetting my gauge). I worked with Adam. He was extremely friendly and personable, but in the end not happy with the end result. I would rather travel farther to get an HONEST opinion/service.

Update: Following the issue described below, the manager called and spoke to me. He apologized and explained what steps he'd take to prevent issues like this in the future. In short, he handled it the way the associates should have. A discount was also then applied to our new appointment at the Fish Hatchery Road location.
Over a week ago I scheduled an appointment for maintenance for today, the soonest available date. Just before the scheduled time this afternoon, I completed the check-in at the kiosk, dropped the keys in the box, and received the check-in confirmation email (shown in attached screenshot). We then waited an hour and a half before finally asking someone for an update.
They asked whether I had checked in with the kiosk, which I confirmed. The keys had never been taken out of the box. We then waited another five minutes for the advisor (who was "with another customer" at that point). We got a "Sorry, I was at lunch and no one else saw the email," followed by "Do you have any questions?"
We left, and I scheduled an appointment for the Fish Hatchery Road location. They had multiple times available tomorrow morning. I'd recommend avoiding this location and just going to that one instead.

I had received excellent service at this Honda service center for several years, but was disappointed the last two times I used it. The suspect that I was over charged due to excessive mark up on parts and for services that were claimed but were probably not actually provided. When I expressed my suspicion to the manager, he was dismissive and condescending. In the future I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Really appreciative of this Honda dealership! The customer service was great when I got an oil change. I came back a month later when I got new plates and they switched them out at no charge. Great service.

We have been very impressed with how Zimbrick cares about the customer, not just their bottom line. They have saved us money a couple times when they didn't need to. For example: once, when we had a problem with the key getting stuck in the ignition, they recommended us to a local locksmith rather than bringing the car to them, because it would be cheaper for us and still fix the problem completely. They have also been transparent when I've asked questions about the difficulty of doing certain work myself to save money.
The employees are always professional and easy to talk to. They are very clear about what work will be done and upfront about costs. They call to follow up on problems to make sure they have been resolved. I trust them to take good care of my car. The service center is also very clean.

The interaction with the service staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. He spoke to us in a condescending manner, assuming we didn't understand technical terms, even though we did. If you're unable to help, that's one thing, but please don't be rude.
