I went to ask about a part that I need to replace in my car, they gave me a sheet with the parts that I need, information about my car and the very professional price but when I went back to buy it they told me that this was not the price and that I had to pay twice the price they gave me

The folks at Zimbrick were wonderful! We were in Madison yesterday to pick up college kids and get them home before the blizzard started. The seatbelt for the middle seat in the back of our CRV was completely jammed in the ceiling receptacle. We drove in with no appointment and they helped us immediately. It took 3 guys almost a half hour, but they solved the problem and didn't charge us a cent!! We thank everyone at Zimbrick so much and wish you all a very Happy Holiday!!

I took a company vehicle in to get an oil change. I wasn't given much guidance, just to take it and it will get done. I didn't have an appointment. John Giesecke was great about getting me in quickly and done quickly. He also figured out the billing as this type of billing was new to both of his. He has great customer service and willingness to help problem solve. Great employee!

A recent accident that totaled my vehicle put us in shopping mode for a new vehicle. We shopped around for about a week and I had my mind set on a Mazda. Our last place to check out was Zimbrick Honda. Brent was an amazing salesman. He was attentive and made sure we tested all the possibilities! I think we test drove 6 vehicles all together. He knew which I wanted immediately. The biggest thing I appreciated, as a female that had a male with me, was he talked directly to ME! He knew the vehicle would be for me, so he spoke to me, not my significant other. He is the ONLY salesperson we encountered that did that and I appreciate that more than anything! I'm loving my CR-V already, and just picked it up today! Thank you!!

I've been waiting on an estimate for my car for a week now. I've called no less than 3 times and left no less than 2 messages. 0 return calls. Super unprofessional and they clearly don't want my business. This estimate was supposed to be sent to me digitally the day of.

In 2020 I got new tires and then stopped driving very much, so I pretty much ignored my CRV for a year. I went to Zimbrick to get everything checked out and to check alignment and filters, oil, etc. I had the best service from Tom S. -- he was wonderful and didn't try to sell me into things I didn't need. He was upfront with me about the issues with my car and how urgent fixing them would be. They found a transmission issue that needed to be corrected ASAP so I'm glad I was there! It felt like I was in good hands and they were great with customer service. I'll keep going here as long as I have a Honda! (Which will be always).

My family has purchased a number of Honda's from Robert over the last 20 years. He's very fair, knowledgeable and has great follow through. For Service see Tom S. - he's the man. I've never felt taken advantage of, but rather really well taken care of. Tom goes out of his way to make sure he's giving you the best service he can.
