I'd give less than 1 star if possible. Took our car there for front end body damage. Initial estimate, Mike, was quick, but they would not give a final estimate. They indicated they'd have to take apart front end to assess damages. Second visit, was 3 weeks later, they took off front bumper, Brian, and still could not give complete estimate due to "we might find more that is wrong with the car to repair". The did not want to do the repairs, as they deemed our car "totaled". They did not want to do the repairs via cash or insurance. There was no mention that the radiator and ac had damages, and were leaking. In order to get our car back, we paid $140 to have them put bumper back on, and sign waiver that they would not be responsible driving it away. We then took our car to another shop, and repair estimate was given for complete repair in less that 20 minutes, and they did not have to remove bumper to tell us that radiator and ac had damages and needed to be replaced. Our insurance paid all repairs at another shop.
This place is awful and only interested in insurance claims of totaled loss.
Also, my car had an extra 100 miles on it when picked up. Not sure where they drove it and why.

Friendly and communicated well. It took time (mainly parts shipping time) , but repairing job was great. I strongly recommend Zimbrick Body Shop.

Absolutely awful communication; I've tried numerous times to get someone to call me back so I can bring my vehicle in to get serviced and every phone call or email has gone unanswered.

I purchased a part through them, got installed. It soon started to malfunction, wasn’t properly installed & they will not fix the problem. Don’t go here unless you have money to waist!

Did great body work on my car. The work was completed sooner than expected and the paint job on the car matches perfectly. Zimbrick kept me informed during the process. Corey was great to work with.
