I recently bought a Toyota Rav4 from Zimbrick Used. My experience was top notch! I highly recommend working with Alex S. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the car buying experience seamless from start to finish. Shout out to all the other staff as well for the excellent service!
I will add that the auto armor paint protection package that I purchased really messed up my vehicle. The detailers were in a hurry and/or not trained properly, and they got the product on the plastic trim of my vehicle, which is now permanently stained. Zimbrick is not offering to replace the trim or refund any of my money.

Like every great dealership the service was as excellent as expected. Kind service rep, nice waiting area with complementary beverages, nice restrooms. Wouldn't hesitate to take your car here for service

My car broke down unexpectedly and I needed another asap. I'm a single mother with 3 preteen girls and needed something with enough space, reliable, and not too high on miles. Vito found me the perfect vehicle with a discounted price and low miles. I drove out of there with my new/used car and was able to make it to work. Thank you, Vito for all your help. You're the best!

I was in town from Missouri with only 1 day to find and buy a car for my daughter. We looked at a couple cars that we saved from an internet search, but they were not what we were looking for. We searched online for used car sales near Madison. That how we found Zimbrick. We called to check their available inventory. Kevin Havey helped us over the phone. He let us know he had 3 cars within our search. We told Kevin we would be there right away.
Knowing we were coming to see the cars, Kevin started getting the cars rounded up, even washing 1 of them in anticipation for our arrival.
Upon arrival, we met Kevin. He was very friendly and extremely prepared. He took us to the 1st car. The car was nice and clean, and exactly what my daughter was hoping for. Before going on a test drive, Kevin explained all the features of the car and how everything worked. Afterwards we went on a test drive. Kevin came along on the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the Kia Sorento. Once we were back to the dealership he showed us another car, but my daughter was already sold on the Kia.
We went inside to negotiate the purchase. Kevin was great!. After we did our paperwork, Conrad Keddie finished up with the financing. He was great too!!
While waiting for the financing to get completed, Kevin shined the tires on the Kia, moved it to a sunny spot on the lot, put a BIG red bow on the car and took pictures of my daughter next to her "new" Kia. That made her so happy!
The paperwork process was very smooth, the dealership was very nice, the employees were very professional and they had a nice selection of cars to choose from.
The day was saved by Zimbrick, Kevin Havey and Conrad Keddie...Thank you
I would highly recommend Zimbrick, and of course Kevin and Conrad.

When I came to Zimbrick a sales person put on a coat and came out in the rain after seeing me drive the lot to help me.
Wasn't pushy, didn't treat me rudely and got me into three different test drives, I almost drove away in a Nissan Altima but my wife wanted to think about it more, had she been sure of that one being the vehicle she wanted it would have come home with us.
To be honest it was one of the best used car dealership experiences I've ever had and will be looking to come and check the inventory again this weekend.
I had visited Stark auto first only to be disgusted at the GM and his attitude towards me looking spend $10,000 on a vehicle.

Vito was awesome!!! Very helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy. He was happy to let us leave with information on a car we found and shop around... quickly finding out we had found the best deal. He knew i did a lot of driving for work noticed last minute the car we picked out originally didn't have 4 wheel drive, something he assumed we would want. He found another model that was priced slighy above and was able to match the price of the first car we found! I would highly recommend him and Zimbrick!!!!

Zimbrick review
My most recent experience with Zimbrick (this is the fourth car I’ve bought from them since 2014) was totally different from the previous ones, and is completely in line with the modern model and expectation of disappointment and unfair practices. Read on for the specifics.
The salesperson I worked with was fantastic - I’ve worked with him before and he is genuinely a good person and a great salesman. If not for him and his candor, I absolutely would not have bought this car. That said, maybe I shouldn’t have.
The car I bought (used 2020 Civic Type R) is highly sought after and thus unfortunately much more taken advantage of by dealers. Some call it supply and demand, others call it scalping and artificial inflation. Regardless, I wanted the car.
During the test drive, I noticed the alignment was off. Not a big deal, but indicative of the current landscape for how much dealers care about minor details. After the test drive, I noticed the front passenger side tire had a 1.5” long flap that had been torn from the sidewall as the rim had been curbed at some point. I’m not a professional by any means, but I saw this in maybe 2 minutes total of looking over the car. Not something I’d imagine would be that easily missed during an inspection, much like the alignment. I’m starting to see a pattern here.
Anyway I mention this to the salesperson who raises it to the Sales Manager right away. We go in to talk numbers and the salesperson agrees the tire shouldn’t have passed inspection (it’s being sold and advertised as Certified Pre-owned) and I told him he’d likely have my business if they included two new tires for the front, something I would expect wouldn’t even have had to be a question. I left feeling good about the interaction and said I’d follow up two days later.
The entire following week was spent going back and forth with the Sales Manager about whether they’d replace the tires, etc. Reluctantly he agreed, but only after I bought the car. After much back and forth it’s becoming clearer all the time that Zimbrick has happily adopted the very nearsighted shared mentality of dealerships lately where they are too big to fail.
This whole deal hinged on the tires being replaced. A week and a half after I bought the car, I take it in (to the appointment Zimbrick called me to set up shortly after having purchased the car) to get the alignment fixed (also not agreed to by the Sales Manager unless I had purchased the car), and the service writer advised me the tires hadn’t even been ordered yet. Go figure, they’re also backordered. So the Sales Manager took my money while there was no confusion at all about the expectation of the tires needing replaced, which this whole deal was made by the good faith of, and didn’t even bother to order the tires. As of posting, today marks one month since having purchased the car. The mid December lead time for the tires is now “early January.”
During the call for an update on the tire lead time, I asked about when the last oil change was performed, because that wasn’t listed on the print out they gave me of services performed during the CPO processing. Nonchalantly I was told the last oil change was 6,000 miles ago. Not a huge issue with modern oil but wouldn’t that have been appropriate to have disclosed to me at some point? The pattern of disappointment continues.
I mean ultimately lesson learned - shame on me for trusting Zimbrick and buying a car I really wanted. Pretty disappointing and yet right on brand with what I would expect in this era of greed and hubris. I could care less what happens to Zimbrick when the bubble bursts - hopefully nothing good. Don’t be like me, don’t buy from Zimbrick.

Dealing with Zimbrick for 20 years....stop by and ask for Phil Liautaud. Tell him Frank sent you! They definitely stand behind their vehicles after the sale.

Was very impressed with how the sales staff here treated my friend while looking at cars. They didn’t have one in her price range, but I could tell they genuinely cared about getting her a car she wanted. I will for sure look at Zimbrick next time I need a car.
