Honest and quality work right here! As an out of towner, a girl, and being in an emergency, this shop took care of me in a timely manner. They not only did an excellent job with the repair, but I had some minor issues that needed little jerry-rigging just so I could make it home without any additional issues. They were kind and fair. This shop was widely recognized and recommended by locals. I'm glad I went here rather than a chain or run of the mill shop. Good people, doing good work. Thank you!

Prior to Wright’s Auto being recommended to me, I have taken my vehicles to a few different places. However, after my first time taking my vehicle there I knew I would always return. If you know Tom, you know that he is always slammed at the body shop. However, he has always found a way to get me in as soon as he can. Not to mention, my vehicle is ready to be picked back up within such a reasonable time frame. The prices have always been very fair and reasonable. Tom has always known what is going on with my vehicles once he looks them over. His daughter, the receptionist is always so welcoming when she has picked up the phone. This family is so kind and the customer service they provide is above and beyond. If you’re debating taking your vehicle here, I can assure you that you won’t regret it.

Hi all,
Got into a jam with hose repairs on an aging Pilot. Madison shops were jammed and reported two week wait times just to diagnose. The Wrights team squeezed their schedule, diagnosed off normal hours and got us on the road after a week. Slowest part of the process was getting the odd set of parts in house. Once received repairs were finished promptly.
Rare thing to find a shop that works WITH you, communicates well and stays on track for you.

Tom is not just a great mechanic, but a decent human, who's honest and doesn't talk down to customers.
He's talked me out of spending extra money on repairs that could wait and found reliable used parts to save money when the motor in my seat went out.
Tom identified a problem with work he'd preformed on the cv axels that I didn't notice. He pointed it out and replaced both axcels free of charge under warranty.
I've been through many mechanics over 30 years. I would recommend Wrights auto to anyone.

They charged me for a new fuel system didn't replace the parts, and took parts off my car $700 and they refused to refund me! Lawsuit in progress! CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND TELL THE TO PUT THE OLD PARTS IN YOUR CAR???
