Horrible experience, had no problem accepting my premium payments for years, but was a huge hassle when it came time to pay out for my claim. Dropped them for auto insurance also after pulling this stunt. Would not recommend this company.

Good insurance and reasonable rates, but it doesn't have a website that can be utilized. I have tried registering several times on the website, and it just says I will be notified and have never been notified.
