Awful experience! Scammers. You don’t need to buy the “Wilde pro pack” they stick on every car. They will state “it is matched to the vin and there is no taking it off” that is not true. Each car sold is supposed to go through a safety procedure. When I pulled my car off the lot, I was back a day later due to my intermediate shaft. Obviously didn’t throughly go through inspection. I’ve missed many hours of work dealing with this place. My car was also undetailed on the outside only inside was cleaned. Each time I have dealt with this dealership it has been a huge inconvenience and I left unsatisfied! Recommend going across the street to zimbrick! Had great experiences on my first car there.

Had a great experience buying a car from here a couple weeks ago. Jeff and Karen were both nice and professional with no high pressure sales tactics. Will definitely come back here again.

Horrible service and salesman ship.. don't be fooled. They will quote you a price, tell you different things and without shame or guilt will add 3 to 4k and say they made a mistake and didn't see properly and quoted wrong numbers. Will try to force their way and very rude. I went to multiple dealers and this is the worst one in the area I've ever encountered. Thankfully we weren't tricked and were able to get a better deal on hrv the next day.. go to Milwaukee or down to Rockford or Lisle; far better people to deal with.

Darius Golden handled my mild frustration with a recall notice with tremendous grace and poise, and treated me the way that I (not him) like to be treated. He apparently not only knows the golden rule (his namesake!), but knows the platinum rule beyond that as well, which is severely lacking in almost every customer service rep I speak with anymore. Treat others how THEY want to be treated. What a great representation of Wilde Honda and the Honda of North America brand. I will not deviate from 100 percent loyalty to them from now on, as long as they have him in their employ and continue to allow my pup Fern to come along, which is another much loved benefit.

Buying our car here was a wonderful experience except, don't waste your money on their nano care warranty. We would call and no one would know how to help us. After awhile, they resorted to a 3rd party vendor to handle the issue. Other than that, I would've given them 5 stars. Hopefully this will save you some money.

I had a great experience servicing my Honda. Austin was very polite and professional. They also cleaned my car for free. They provide free beverages and the seating is comfortable and spread out.

Waited 2 hours for my lugnuts to be switched. Made an appt. Arrived early and was told they did not have enough regular lugnuts. Like why did I even make an appt. No one came to tell me my car was done. I had to go check in.

If I could select zero stars I would. At first I use to say how awesome Wilde was, but the most recent time I came to look at a vehicle without my husband, i ended up purchasing a different vehicle. Usually i wait a day or two and then purchase but i really loved this car, what I DIDNT LOVE WAS THE HIGH PRESSURE SALES, as well as the silly tactics game played " someone else is here to look at the car I'm in the process of negotiating/buying. Well no negotiating was even considered. My Honda pilot was a low ball trade in value and the newer vehicle i got had half worn tires, i already need to replace the breaks and rotors have not had the car for more than 6 months the windows make a funny sound when they go down (lots of little things). When my husband attempted to reach out for a deal or new tires he got the run around for like 4 weeks and same result " we will give you two". Not to mention they fired a bunch of people lately and i hope they fire more. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A CAR. I did not think in 2023 we would still have places like this that a grown woman still gets hustled without her husband.

I spent $166 to get my battery replaced on 8/14/23. I returned on 9/1/23 because my car was starting even worse than before. The Service Advisor opened the hood and there was my old battery. Turns out they were out of stock on batteries on 8/14/23 so they just took my money and pretended they did the work.I'm speechless. I got an apology and a new battery installed on 9/1/23. Please have the Service Advisor open your hood and prove they actually performed service on your car before you drive away!!!

Being in the auto industry myself, I know how important it is to create a relaxed customer experience. My sales person was Leticia Acosta. It is easy to see why she is one of their top salesmen. She immediately established an open sense of communication. No drama, straight to the point, and no haggling. Thank you for one of the best experiences I have EVER HAD buying a car.

4 years ago I bought a used Honda Pilot from a private party. The key was a mess. So I stopped into Wilde Honda for help. Val the Service manager was beyond helpful. She hooked me up with what I needed (which was an entirely new key). So this week when I bought another used Honda Pilot from a private party and had issues with the keys again, I went straight to Val again. She was more than helpful again. I would recommend them for all you vehicle needs!! Thank you again for being so kind and generous! This single mom greatly appreciates the gesture!

All service staff were very nice and working hard. They appeared very overworked and swamped. They still did a great job. ***waited 2 hours for just oil change*** service center staff must be short. If the wait time wasn't so unreasonably long for the oil change it would be 5 stars.

i brought my car in for express service as the low tire pressure light had come on and I was concerned I had a nail in my tire. The person who waited on us was rude and dismissive not only to us but talked over her coworkers as well. i was advised to "just keep pushing the reset button until it goes off" and then was sent home. I sure hope I don't get a flat on my 1+ hour daily commute. I came in for peace of mind and left feeling like an idiot. There was no "customer service" offered.

I am NYC (LA and Chicago) transplant who is new in town, cannot even begin to discuss how hard they work at providing a great customer experience. I recommend this place hands down, five stars. Jeff Fox the Dealer and Ken from Finance were just tremendous in working with me to get my new whip ASAP cannot thank them enough! Trust me, you won't be sorry coming to this dealership for your new or used Hondas, in excellent shape. I'm one very happy customer overall and not the easiest to please.
