Makaila always greets me as a friend rather than a customer and makes sure my crv is always taken care of. She is the reason I keep driving to Madison rather than having it serviced locally.

Everyone I dealt with the day I was there for an oil change and tire rotation was nice. My issue was that it took me 35 minutes to get checked in once I drove into the service area. I had a 10 am appointment time and it took approximately 2 1/2 for the appointment. I 7nderstand they were understaffed but that is very frustrating!.

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the doors to look at a car until I purchased one. Jeff Bavery was my excellent salesman! I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was very knowledgeable about cars!

Tried buying a used car. They wouldn't budge on the price and had a 900$ charge for a paint package that they automatically add to all cars. It was the equivalent of nitrogen filled tires (upsell with no benefit). One sales person was aggressive and pushy, the other one was nice.

Always been very happy with my service here. Great service staff and mechanics are very detailed. This last visit had some larger service and preventative maintenance requirements. After several calls and messages to confirm services required things escalated in the amount of work needed due to unknowns. We discussed the services done vs my initial expectations going in and they graciously adjusted some charges to get closer to what I expected. I believe my mechanics and service adviser had my safety and financial interests in mind and even though they didn't need to, they made sure I left safe and satisfied without breaking the bank. That is what I appreciate in an honest and thorough service specialist. They don't take shortcuts, likely won't undercut pricing of your next door neighbor or part time side job mechanics, but for those looking for top notch service with professional respectful employees I haven't seen better than here. I even bring my non-Honda vehicles here.

iPhone making an appointment on your new appointment system was very easy. I could request my regular service writer, Mikaila Corcoran. Mikaila does a fantastic job keeping me informed on what services my CRV are due. I have complete trust in what she tells me.

Scott at Wilde was excellent to work with. I openly admitted that I didn’t know much about cars and had never bought new before, and he never talked down to me or made me feel stupid for having so many questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was so pleased with the experience that before the car I ordered had even arrived, my best friend bought a new car with them too. When my vehicle’s eta was delayed, he even helped me out with a loaner car for a weekend so I could take my niece and nephew on a trip I’d promised them out of town. I also worked with Eric in their finance department to do the final paperwork, and he was very easy to work with and informative as well. In the end I love my car, and will probably be with Wilde Honda for life.

Great service staff! Great mechanics! The best in the Madison area. I bought my used Honda Ridgeline here 10 years ago and I wouldn’t have it serviced anywhere else.
