Bought a new battery and had a very hard time getting the lead off the positive terminal. The manager went way beyond helpful in getting it off the old battery and on the new one.

I took back a wheel bearing and charged me 199.00+ tax and warranty for 1 yr. I looked at O'Rileys and found one with a lifetime warranty for 99.00. The guy had a real hard time with getting his credit card machine to credit my card. I was there way longer than I wanted for a return.
