Not sure who Adrian is but I was told by my sister and gf that he yelled at them to get out after they needed some help with a refund. If you're miserable and hate your life, find a new job. Horrible Customer Service by him ??????????????????????????????????????

Worst pharmacy ever, expect 2-5 weeks to have a prescription filled as they are always out of stock with everything, when it is ready expect no less then 20 minutes to over an hour in the line waiting, then another 15-20 waiting for them to find the prescription they lost, both in store and drive through are aboit the same waitingtime. Staff on the phone will leave you on hold for 2 hours. When they answer the phone, they transfer you about 3 plus times, then hang up.

left the emergency room and came to pickup prescriptions at 3:30am and all the openings to the pharmacy were closed down which it's suppose to be open 24 hours. WTH...in pain and can't get my prescriptions!!!

If you have a prescription they need to order, then I suggest get your prescription in by Monday. If it’s not in by Friday, you are out of luck. No deliveries over the weekend. Person answering the phone had no sympathy or apologies. It’s just is. I was told to call a different pharmacy as well and then told none would probably have it. Good job at being less than basic.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy ever. It doesn’t mater what time of day,what day, whither your inside or the drive through be prepared to spend a minimum of 20 minutes waiting( and that’s on a good day). Not a matter of being under staffed just slow.

From the gentleman earlier in the day who took my call and helped ensure they had what I was looking for, to the gal who assisted me in the pharmacy drive-thru...they were both efficient and extremely helpful ! Thank you ?

My mom had the pleasure of receiving service from leosean during her recent visit to the pharmacy. She came home saying she had to wait for a while for her meds but said that a tech named leosean went above and beyond to make her experience not only smooth but also very pleasant. Great customer service from pharmacy technicians can make a significant difference in a patient's experience, and it's important to acknowledge and appreciate it when it occurs. Thank you, Walgreens!This pharmacy is doing the best they can with and we appreciate everyone!!

This is THE slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of day or how many people are there. Plan to be waiting anywhere from 30-80 minutes for your prescription to be filled. Doesn’t matter what it is, from medication, eye drops to baby aspirin.

Don’t bother going here for flu or covid-19 vaccine. You may think you have an appointment but you will sit and wait and waste your time and they don’t care

Horrible pharmacy!!! No wonder why it has 2.5 stars rating. Even after 5 hours of receiving prescription from the doctor, they don’t bother to fill the meds. They don’t pick up phone calls either if you would like to remind them. I was on the call for 1.5 hours, but no one picked up my call. So I went to the pharmacy and waited one more hour for refilling prescription. Unfortunate that we moved our pharmacy from other place to here in mineral point rd. I hope they will improve.

Do you like waiting 20 minutes in line for a prescription expecting that a pharmacist will be able to go over your medications for you, and then be asked to wait even LONGER after having waiting just to get your rx? If so, this Walgreens is certainly the one for you. Instead of having people milling around in the back, maybe have more than just one guy at the register with a line 10 people deep.

The pharmacy techs are RUDE and the most UNhelpful. Send your prescriptions to another pharmacy don’t waste your time or let them waste yours. They certainly don’t care.

The employees here are unhelpful and rude. I was trying to be polite and ask a woman in a blue polo if she worked there so I could ask a question. She sarcastically replied "no". Turns out she actually was an employee. I was in the middle of a panic attack and simply trying to find COVID tests and she had no empathy whatsoever. This is not the first nor the second time I've had a negative experience with the conduct of the employees here.

24 hour pharmacy? Where! Not here, went to get a prescription straight out of the emergency room at 10pm and the worker that was smoking outside told us they close at 8pm and open at 8am
