It is obscene to keep patients on hold, continue picking up the phone every 2 minutes, then putting them right back on hold without even speaking. Just keep them on hold. I don't care what internal metrics this pharmacy is trying to game, that is extremely disrespectful.

The service from the Pharmacy section was great. However, the grocery section is experiencing shoplifting, they might need to do something about it.
