Starting with the positives:
Service dog friendly (never had an employee bother us or question the legitimacy of my service dog).
Able to deposit cash into my Chime account very easily, and can withdraw from my debit very easily.
Prices are all over the place, but mostly quite reasonable, sometimes even inexpensive.
Pharmacy has always worked out well for me. On rare occasion they misplace an order, but that is understandable. They send out text notifications of refills, which is amazing.
The cons:
None.

The store is always well stocked and the cashier there is very friendly and helpful.

closed early at 2:30pm (when it said it closes at 9pm online) on sunday cause there is no staff

Very very slow at the pharmacy. They'll tell you a 20 minute wait that will end up being 45 minutes+

Stopped by before their advertised 8pm closing time and there was someone at the door turning people back without any explanation.

Every time I try to get my meds, there’s a problem. They tell me they will have them ready at a certain time and they are never ready. The staff is also rude and slow.

Closed restrooms for costumers. It’s unbelievable! Avoid this Walgreens at all cost!

I have NEVER been treated so rudely at any other Walgreens. This Walgreens on Park Street Madison WI, is horrible. The woman at the checkout was incompetent and the manager was rude!

Don't go on your lunch break, any appointment is at least a half hour and the massive line always comes first. To their credit, Walgreens everywhere don't pay enough, so there's high turnover and everyone's exhausted. Nice employees, bad company.

Once more Walgreens offers appointments online to receive vaccines and when you arrive in the store, the don't have stock of that vaccine. They never cancel your appointment or let you know so you can avoid going in vain. You are disrespectful with people's time. Will try to avoid Walgreens in the future. You are terrible

Good location and helpful staff. They are very busy dealing with vaccinations so plan ahead and expect a delay.
