Not a good Walgreens. The CSR at the cash register when I walked in was on the walgreens company phone on a personal call, told me to wait while he was on a personal call, then gave me attitude and very poor customer service. I literally just left. I must be mistaking when I thought walgreens was a good store. He did not care that I was reviewing the store for Google guides, does not know his inventory and very uncaring about the customers. I have to wonder why people like this, works at a place like walgreens, and why walgreens let's ots employees use company phones, for personal business ?? This transpired at 12:50 pm. I highly doubt management will look at his video feed to train employees what not to do when a customer walks in spending there money here. Will never pick anything up here again.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling them twice, was on hold both times. First time it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up. Second time, she put me on hold and I was waiting for 20 minutes with no answer. Hire better people who know how to serve the public.

Service is above and beyond always! They have a great understanding of supplies and devices needed for a diabetic and seem to have a great system for managing their inventory. I have never had to wait for supplies because they were out of stock. They understand and work well with insurance companies.
