I stopped into this Walgreens location to grab a few items for home. While in the store I had to use the restroom. I asked an employee if there were any bathrooms available and he quite rudely stated "Along the back wall" and continued walking away from me. When I walked in the bathroom I was extremely grossed out. There are 2 stalls and both of the toilets were filled with used tissue and hadnt been flushed. The garbage cans inside the stalls were overflowing with trash. The bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. When I went to check out there was only 1 register open with a line of about 8 people. The cashier eventually called for a 2nd cashier and 2 more employees came to assist. 1 of the employees could not assist customers however because their till drawer wasn't working.
If you need to use the bathroom or have any questions while shopping I would definitely recommend going to a different Walgreens location.

The staff can be pretty unprofessional. I have heard pharmacists curse when having conversations with one another and all around just generally be pretty trashy.

I've had 2 interactions with pharmacy staff now and they were both horrendous. As a healthcare provider myself I'm embarrassed by the attitudes of the pharmacy and their staff. I chose this pharmacy due to location and convenience (my prescriptions are with CVS) and I move frequently for work. I'm well versed in my insurance and how to handle my prescriptions and transferring them from one CVS to another but even simple questions they handled with disdain and like they were too busy to be bothered. They were adamant that I was wrong even when I had my insurance on the phone "helping" them. During my second transaction I simply called because their system informed me one of my prescriptions wouldn't be ready until the following day. I asked if they could give me an estimated time and was told they would send a text. I was calling because of a text I had received . The pharmacy tech was extremely rude and replied "I guess you can't hear. I told you we are filling it. We will send you a text when it's done" and proceeded to hang up. Wow. Whatever happened to basic manners and customer service? If that's what you are looking for do NOT go here. My apologies as a healthcare provider because this is not how pharmacist or anyone in our profession should act.

This Walgreens definitely got the job done. We stopped in for some gatorades. There were actually a few OOS, which is annoying. However this is a convenient location, and it was easy enough to find what we were looking for. There is street parking nearby.

Red headed pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for 3 prescriptions to fill. The pharmacist processed 2. When i got there and said that i had requested three she yelled from inside that she spoke to me and i only asked for two. I politely explained i had. She was so rude. Rolling her eyes. Telling me i was wrong. My husband listened to the convo and confirmed i requested all 3. She also said they normally don't do emergency refills. Yet i have had to do this a few times at other pharmacies and have never had an issue.

Whatever software this pharmacy uses is not intuitive at all. I have had to make 3 separate trips to the pharmacy to try to get a prescription, and still have not received it. My insurance required extra information from my provider, which was understandable the first time. The second time they needed to request info from my provider, it started to seem a little ridiculous. A little while after they had requested info from my provider, I got a text saying that my prescription was ready for pickup. I assumed this meant that they had received the necessary info and that I could pick my prescription up. When I got there, though, I was told by the staff that they were still waiting for the info from my provider and that I would just continue to receive texts saying my prescription was ready. While I could have admittedly done more to double-check that my prescriptions were actually ready, it is irritating to me that the pharmacy puts this burden on the customer instead of switching to a more intuitive reminder system. Most of the staff were nice enough and expressed empathy for the situation. However, the last time I asked about why I had received a text saying my prescription was ready, one of the staff was very rude and insinuated that I was dumb for not understanding how their system worked. This is the main reason I am leaving the one-star review. While I understand that there can be mix-ups stemming from different understandings of technology, there really was no reason for the person in the pharmacy to be as rude as she was.

The pharmacist was exceptionally rude in explaining a mistake that the pharmacy made, and she claimed not to be able to literally understand what I was saying, which is strange as I'm a fluent speaker of English and a university lecturer at that. Exasperated after several back-and-forth miscommunications, I asked to speak to someone else; the pharmacy tech clarified the issue in 30 seconds, and it transpired that it was a simple mistake on the pharmacy's end with which I did not need to concern myself. The technician also added that my question was reasonable and that she would have had the same concern had she encountered this issue. Five stars for the understanding and patient tech. That second conversation was simple and even pleasant, so I'm really not sure what caused the pharmacist herself to become short with me immediately (as soon as she "didn't understand" me, she became short-tempered). Needless to say, I won't use this pharmacy again.

Tim is rude. and he told me to stay 6 feet away from someone when I was literally 5.9 feet away from them. And tons of ppl were walking around with no mask, ect. Stop looking for reasons to harass your customers and just do ur job.

I was a long-time customer at this Walgreen's until some moron of a cashier followed me around once several years ago and on a subsequent visit eyed me with suspicion, even when I approached her register to pay. I am Caucasian, as was the ignorant employee. This store creeps me out.
