The staff is very helpful and patient. The whole pharmacy is very organized. They are able to keep your insurance on file and do mail-order prescriptions for some things. These services have been game-changers for me and have reduced the amount of time I’ve had to spend trying to fill prescription. Additionally they are open later than most other pharmacies, which is great for people who work. 10/10 would recommend, best pharmacy in Madison.

Terrible experience with the photo department. Their printer was broken, which I didn't find out until I went to the store. I tried calling ahead to double-check why my order was taking so long, but nobody answered... would not recommend.

The worst Walgreen experience ever! Shelves are empty, found nothing I came for and then stood for 15 minutes at the photo counter for someone to get me the canvas photo I ordered and declined because the quality was terrible. What a waste of time.

These weirdos look at you shop like your gonna steal something but when you need help there is no one there. The pharmacist look like he been high pills. He's rude and not helpful. He wasn't helpful at all and after I walked away his sidekick chuckled at me. Will not shop here again. There are many other less rude people at other Walgreens.

GROSS!! Literal S*** smeared across the walls inside the bathroom, which was deadbolted, not wheelchair friendly, and had to be opened with two hands to even LEAVE! Oh, and to even get in, had to fetch am employee. Wtf? Soap was nearly all gone, two shabby bottles sitting near six inch in diameter air freshener in a dish, bathroom doors hit one another upon arrival.

I haven't been at this location in over a year. The store looks great with it's new makeover but it should have given it's employees a makeover as well. Sad how bad the customer service has gone downhill.

Friendly, helpful pharmacists. Lots of panhandling outside. I was told by a clerk to call the police. He offered no help.
