I am still waiting for my prescription after 30 min at drive through window. I don't understand what is taking so long and no one has explained why I'm still waiting.

The pharmacy service is terrible, but the store itself is good. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in a pharmacy. The appear to be engaged in activities other than work.

Worst walgreen i been in my whole life. Pharmacy people were rude. Long story short hade to make 3 trip, waited super long, pharmacy people were rude (even on bad days people should act professional). The only nice person i met was a blonde lady.

First of all I would like to know that they really need to change their store hours for the pharmacy to what they've updated them to. They now close ridiculouslyght and early especially on the weekends. Used to be 24 hours and it still says that but it isn't. They're automated service screws everything up all the time. Also I hate having to call there for info and then get transferred to the actual pharmacy after they can't help me with the call center that they've put in place. They used to be great.

I waited 30 min for my prescription and had to leave before I got it and came back but then waited an hour before I had to leave again. So all in all I have made 2 trips and spent an hour and a half and still no prescription.

I wish I could do two separate ratings to explain why I am giving this only a 3 star because I have had many 5 star experiences and many 1 star experiences. All of the 5 star experiences include their technicians, especially Alima because she ended up being the one I always got the pleasure of being helped by, which has now resulted in a customer relationship where she knows who I am and is always willing to help me and answer my questions, and the Pharmacist Mohammed who is incredibly caring and speaks to everyone like they he should--it's a pharmacy, you're there for medications to help you.Every single one star experience has been with one person: the pharmacist Eric. He is not only rude and short on the phone, but also in person, and as a customer I witness him not only treat us poorly, but the way he talks to his technicians is embarrassing. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, I've been management in that field for half of that. And the way he talks to his techs is like none of them have any experience or knowledge of anything--from medicine to how to use the registers. I've seen looks of defeat on techs in the back just trying to ask him a question. No one should feel that way in their own work environment.Without going into more detail, he has made me cry before, in public at the counter. He did not apologize for his tone, he did not even look me in the eyes once during the entire interaction that night.I used to only use this pharmacy. Now I am only using it if I know I will need to pick it up after another walgreens pharmacy closes. And before I pick up at this location, I call to see if Eric is working, and if he is, I do not come.

I went to pick up my prescription today, and “Alina “ the “lady “ who help me was very rude, unprofessional, I try to ask questions , she just avoid me , later I ask for my debit card back, her answer was “open your eyes and look in the bag “ I try to ask her name and her answer was “not your business “. I talk with another person. , and she start making faces, and waving behind his back . I will expected that actitud from a 5 years old not from a “profesional “ I’m very disappointed

I went to Walgreens this morning to purchase a tooth bush for my aunt, Ok simple deal. I get to the electric toothbrush's & proceed to pick out a $75 Oral B on sale for $49.99 w/a small tag on it that says you will recieve $20 on your walgreen's account if you spend $50 on any Oral B and/or Crest product's. I purchase the Oral B , but they would not give me the $20 that was supposed to be put on your walgreen's spending account because they said that I only spent $49.99, but the price of the Oral B came to $53 dollars. I don't agree w/this, I don't think this should be allowed. Got to have every last one of your pennies.

Horrible customer service especially the pharmacy nothing but rude to me and unhelpful when trying to fill a prescription, I am going somewhere else and would not recommend this location.

Why are you not enforcing the face covering mandate for Dane County? I was in line behind a person, without a mask on, buying a bottle of soda. When it was my turn at the checkout, I asked the young man why Walgreen's would allow that, he informed me that corporate had instructed the employees to not enforce the mandate. So, I can only assume you think the giving up the 30 cents of profit you made on that bottle of soda is worth more than the health and safety of your othe

I am reluctant to post a negative review, but after having consistent bad experiences at this pharmacy I hope Walgreens will see this and change things around. This Walgreens pharmacy is extremely busy and under staffed. The employees are stretched too thin and with that being said I can understand why there is such poor customer service. Today I tried to give a new insurance card to a pharmacy technician and she just said yeah we need that and turned around and walked away. This wasn't the only time she walked away from me. She called my name that the prescription was ready and met me at the counter. She dropped the prescription on the counter and walked away without ringing it up. The pharmacist wasn't far away, so he checked me out after waiting over an hour for the prescription.
