I went there to pick up my medicines today and the person in the pharmacy didn't use the correct pronoun for me. I feel like they are not allowed to assume and they can always ask!!!!! Just rating here since didn't felt comfortable correcting at that situation.P.S. The irony is that I was there to pick up my hormones.

My boyfriend just went to pick up cold medicine for me. Website says they are open til 12am. He entered the store shortly before 10pm and was told they were closing in 3 minutes. He said he just needed to pick up medicine. She again told him they were closing in 3 minutes and then she CALLED THE COPS ON HIM. Police arrived. He purchased the medicine and left. Going to stop patronizing all Walgreens after that experience.

Very unpleasant experience. Specifically about a staff member.I was picking up my prescription at around 3:20pm today. I was told that they didn't have the drug prepared well yet so I had to wait for several minutes before I could get the drug. I waited for about half an hour. No one let me know the pickup was ready. I was already very unhappy about this experience. What made things worse is one of your staff members. She worked behind the "consultation" window at around 3:50pm. Her name should be "Angie Something" according to her uniform. She was VERY RUDE at me when I checked with her whether my pickup was ready after half an hour waiting. First, she was very impatient when I was checking with her, meaning something like "why are you here? None of my business". Second, when I asked if I could get my pickup now, she sarcastically said "didn't you see the line? Everyone needs to follow the line" as if I was someone who wanted to skip the line. I did not even know that I needed to rejoin the queue from the bottom (which took me another 15 min out of my life) because of YOUR FAULT that did not get my pickup prepared in time. Why could this person assume I was bad-mannered and deserved her sarcasm?I was so disappointed and hurt by this unpleasant experience.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, would love to because the customer service is so horrible. Told me I couldn't receive my vaccination due to an insurance issue, which is totally fine. Went to talk with the Pharmacist, Angela M., to ask for other options or recommendations and was totally ignored by her even though she saw me standing in front of the consult window. When I did get to talk with her because the lady that check me in asked her, she told me she didn't know what I was talking about and acted confused like I'm stupid or something. She kept saying, "What? What?...I-I-I don't know what you talking about." I was super frustrated at the way she treated me. According to her patient philosophy on the website, "As a Walgreens pharmacist, I am looking out for my patients’ wellbeing. By offering health and wellness advice and monitoring for potentially unsafe medication interactions for prescriptions filled at Walgreens, I am here to earn your trust." Unfortunately, she did not show any of those things she had said and there's no truth to her statement.

Young lady at vaccination station was very rude and would not let me get my flu shot I scheduled online 2 weeks ahead. Please do better, no one deserves this especially when every college student is getting sick.

Came here for a scheduled flu shot. Made us wait for more than 45 minutes. We got parking violation ticket. Thanks to these people working here.

I recently changed this to my primary pharmacy, and I can’t help but find it slightly unprofessional when the pharmacists loudly announce the type of prescription I’m picking up? In the past, it’s usually handed to me discretely, then I’m asked if I have any questions (which I typically don’t), and then the transaction is completed. Please stop letting everyone in the store know my personal health information.

If you have an Adderall prescription, do NOT use this place. I have no idea why I'm still even bothering, but I have been attempting to get my Adderall prescription refilled here for years. Literally every single month, without fail, it is extremely problematic. If my doctor calls the prescription in so much as a day early, they will simply not fill it, at all, saying that they aren't allowed to fill it ahead of time, but then they will never actually fill it even on the date it is due. If I call it in after the due date, they will still never fill it, and always based upon some new and completely random reason. It's gotten to the point where I have to call literally on the day of, and only then will they MAYBE fill it. Yesterday, my prescription was due, and I had my doctor call in for a refill. There was a note on my file, however, literally from August 2021, that said not to fill it until 25 August, 2021. So some brainiac there decided that the note REALLY meant August 25, 2022, and they decided to just not fill my prescription based upon this insanely illogical assumption. I seriously do not know who ties these people's shoes for them in the morning. But I think I've figured it out! During one of so many episodes, my prescription just got "lost." So I think what is happening is that they will do anything they possibly can to mess up your Adderall order so that they can basically gank it for themselves at some point. I think that's what's going on because literally every single month for years and years on end, it's always been a problem. My guess is that they're trying to make Adderall prescriptions fall through the cracks so that they can walk out with it themselves, which has happened before as I just mentioned. These people are unbelievably shady. In fact, I would probably avoid using them for ANY prescription at all because they just don't seem to be playing with a full deck on any level, nor do they seem particularly honest.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy my whole living in Madison, and I have never once had a problem free prescription pick-up. I pick up meds monthly, and always make sure to go at least 5 hours after the order is out in, and somehow always end up being told that it’s not ready yet and will be another hour. I honestly have no idea how a pharmacy could be so behind for more than a year. I have also been told straight up false information over the phone by people behind the pharmacy desk in what I assume to be an attempt to make me think I’m in the wrong, not them. I literally just want to pick up my meds when I am told they are ready, and that seems to be a problem for this pharmacy.

I went in for a pick-up a little early, completely fine with waiting. When I explained why I was early (I wasn’t the one who placed the order), I was confronted by Pashua, I believe. I’ve seen very positive reviews on her, but she really made me feel bad. Maybe she was having an off day. Regardless, she was very cold and curt with me, telling me my pick-up was absolutely not ready. She told me the thing I came to pick up was actually out of stock, even though it was listed as in online, and didn’t offer an alternative I could buy. Understandable, I thought. She, however, just kind of stood there after telling me that. I was (and still am at the time of writing this), very sick and weak. I was flustered, as I didn’t know how to comprehend her abrupt attitude. Testing to see if I just got a bad read on her, I told her “no worries, have an awesome night!” to which she responded with, “mhm.” I felt like I did something wrong, though I knew I hadn’t. I just came for some medicine to help me feel better, and I felt a little worse after leaving. Hopefully, this was just a misunderstanding on my part, but based off of how I was responded to, it really didn’t seem like it.

This pharmacy is NEVER open until 9 like it says it is. I understand being short staffed but I even called to speak to a pharmacist and they didn’t tell me that they’d be closing 5 hours early. If you have a 9-5 job, this pharmacy is not going to help you.

Don't get vaccine here, the service is bad. My appointment was cancelled without telling me in advance. I had to reschedule it the next week in another pharmacy.
