I went here as a Door Dash delivery driver to pick up an order requested by Walgreens to be delivered to their customer who had ordered on the Walgreens App. When I arrived they told me that the order had been canceled. Since Walgreens requested that the order be delivered by Door Dash it’s their responsibility to cancel the order with Door Dash. However the order was not canceled with Door Dash and was still showing as active on my Door Dash App to be delivered. The young lady Miranda who said she was the manager and admitted that she didn’t know what was going on told me that the order had been canceled and that I “could just move along”. Her statement was completely unprofessional as she was trying to get me to leave the store. I told her I would remain in the store until the order was canceled in the system and I proceeded to contact Door Dash who tried to contact the store. Since nobody could be reached at Walgreens via phone Door Dash canceled the order.

I went there to pick up my medicines today and the person in the pharmacy didn't use the correct pronoun for me. I feel like they are not allowed to assume and they can always ask!!!!! Just rating here since didn't felt comfortable correcting at that situation.P.S. The irony is that I was there to pick up my hormones.

My boyfriend just went to pick up cold medicine for me. Website says they are open til 12am. He entered the store shortly before 10pm and was told they were closing in 3 minutes. He said he just needed to pick up medicine. She again told him they were closing in 3 minutes and then she CALLED THE COPS ON HIM. Police arrived. He purchased the medicine and left. Going to stop patronizing all Walgreens after that experience.

Very unpleasant experience. Specifically about a staff member.I was picking up my prescription at around 3:20pm today. I was told that they didn't have the drug prepared well yet so I had to wait for several minutes before I could get the drug. I waited for about half an hour. No one let me know the pickup was ready. I was already very unhappy about this experience. What made things worse is one of your staff members. She worked behind the "consultation" window at around 3:50pm. Her name should be "Angie Something" according to her uniform. She was VERY RUDE at me when I checked with her whether my pickup was ready after half an hour waiting. First, she was very impatient when I was checking with her, meaning something like "why are you here? None of my business". Second, when I asked if I could get my pickup now, she sarcastically said "didn't you see the line? Everyone needs to follow the line" as if I was someone who wanted to skip the line. I did not even know that I needed to rejoin the queue from the bottom (which took me another 15 min out of my life) because of YOUR FAULT that did not get my pickup prepared in time. Why could this person assume I was bad-mannered and deserved her sarcasm?I was so disappointed and hurt by this unpleasant experience.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, would love to because the customer service is so horrible. Told me I couldn't receive my vaccination due to an insurance issue, which is totally fine. Went to talk with the Pharmacist, Angela M., to ask for other options or recommendations and was totally ignored by her even though she saw me standing in front of the consult window. When I did get to talk with her because the lady that check me in asked her, she told me she didn't know what I was talking about and acted confused like I'm stupid or something. She kept saying, "What? What?...I-I-I don't know what you talking about." I was super frustrated at the way she treated me. According to her patient philosophy on the website, "As a Walgreens pharmacist, I am looking out for my patients’ wellbeing. By offering health and wellness advice and monitoring for potentially unsafe medication interactions for prescriptions filled at Walgreens, I am here to earn your trust." Unfortunately, she did not show any of those things she had said and there's no truth to her statement.

Young lady at vaccination station was very rude and would not let me get my flu shot I scheduled online 2 weeks ahead. Please do better, no one deserves this especially when every college student is getting sick.

I went in for a pick-up a little early, completely fine with waiting. When I explained why I was early (I wasn’t the one who placed the order), I was confronted by Pashua, I believe. I’ve seen very positive reviews on her, but she really made me feel bad. Maybe she was having an off day. Regardless, she was very cold and curt with me, telling me my pick-up was absolutely not ready. She told me the thing I came to pick up was actually out of stock, even though it was listed as in online, and didn’t offer an alternative I could buy. Understandable, I thought. She, however, just kind of stood there after telling me that. I was (and still am at the time of writing this), very sick and weak. I was flustered, as I didn’t know how to comprehend her abrupt attitude. Testing to see if I just got a bad read on her, I told her “no worries, have an awesome night!” to which she responded with, “mhm.” I felt like I did something wrong, though I knew I hadn’t. I just came for some medicine to help me feel better, and I felt a little worse after leaving. Hopefully, this was just a misunderstanding on my part, but based off of how I was responded to, it really didn’t seem like it.

I recently changed this to my primary pharmacy, and I can’t help but find it slightly unprofessional when the pharmacists loudly announce the type of prescription I’m picking up? In the past, it’s usually handed to me discretely, then I’m asked if I have any questions (which I typically don’t), and then the transaction is completed. Please stop letting everyone in the store know my personal health information.
