This pharmacy is not reliable as a source of insulin, so if you are a diabetic, try another place. When there is a delay or error, the staff makes you, the customer, feel lousy about it. I had to switch to this pharmacy when my insurance dropped Target pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars. The woman pharmacist was completely rude and condescending. I haven't been treated that way in quite some time. I'm a nurse and understand the system...god forbid I'm elderly, hard of hearing, or have a disability. Shame on you Walgreens pharmacy! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

They pretty much have a monopoly at this location so my 1* review is unlikely to have any impact, but here goes. Had a rapid COVID test at 10 AM, showed up at the drive thru 2 mins ahead of time and then had to wait for 5 mins since no one showed up at the counter. After that the test went smoothly. Did not get a result in 5 hrs (they claim to send it in 2 hrs) so tried calling them. The automated system does not let you talk to a human for anything COVID related, and texted me to contact PWN Health to find more information. Called them up, and all they had to say was that they do not handle Walgreen's COVID tests any more and their automated system isn't updated (isn't this fun? It's not like COVID results have any impact on the rest of my plans). So called Walgreens again and lied to the stupid automated system that I am calling about a prescription status (not exactly a lie, as the COVID test carries an Rx number). Then a human picked up and told me condescendingly to check my spam emails, and call back in 24 hrs when they might be willing to escalate it in case I still haven't received the results. I responded by wondering out loud whether they could maybe escalate it now, and then this person forwarded my call to someone else. Finally this other person told me their email systems are down, and just told me my result over phone. Clearly, neither the automated system, nor the employees you get to talk to at first have any idea what is going on, and their default response is designed to inconvenience the customers as much as possible.

It's a Walgreens so every item is going to be overpriced and it's going to have an unclean feel to it. This one has an incompetent pharmacy staff that I'll never trust with anything important again.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience at the drive thru pharmacy with Justin the pharmacist. I had my 2 year old child in the car who was in major pain from a burn on his hand. We had just left urgent care and needed some ointment and gauze. I hoped the pharmacist could help me get the things I needed so that I didnt have to go into the store with a screaming child in major pain but the pharmacist told me to step to the side and told me to come back as he had other people waiting. There wasn't anyone pulled up behind me nor did I see any customers on the other side of the window. And he was very rude from the beginning. There were 2 or 3 different workers inside the pharmacy area and none of them could get my son's gauze pad which was RIGHT there behind them, couldve taken him 30 seconds to grab it and they put other people who were there AFTER me in greater importance than a child in pain. I honestly felt racially attacked and felt belittled by the pharmacist. Please dont go here im very disappointed and saddened by the way they treated me and will be contacting Walgreens directly to file a complaint.

Waited for a photo to be printed off that I ordered. Somehow no one thought it would be important to have ink or tell me they didnt. Wasted a part of my Sunday waiting to leave empty handed and angry.

Switching my prescription from Walgreens immediately and won't shop here anymore. Can't believe they allow their pharmacists to interfere with private decisions women make with their doctors. No thanks.
