I recently moved here from out of state. The pharmacy staff helped greatly on transferring my accounts.

Extremely understaffed, the pharmacy has huge lines at pretty much all times. I can't reach anyone on the phone there anymore either.

Waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and the car at the window never got assisted. Abandoned that and went inside…told the pharmacy tech about the wait and suggested they put a sign up saying it was closed if they can’t service it…to which pharmacist John interrupted to tell me it was “unacceptable to suggest that” and stormed away. Yikes! No apology for the wait, just bad customer service.

I waited in line for a prescription, got told to wait 20 minutes because it was just sent in sure whatever. I get up after 35 minutes, wait in line 5, and then the man at the counter told me I only have one prescription. I checked my documents which show it was sent here, sat down, called the same walgreens and it told me I had multiple prescriptions. So I went back up, stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, and he finally came back and told me it can be hard to find. So this time he actually looks, and finds the 2nd prescription, and then talks with the pharmacist and they both don't even think it exists. Sure enough they go check and it does. I spent a total of an hour and 30 minutes to pick up 2 creams that literally just need a label slapped on them and put in a bag, because the person helping me was too lazy to look and would rather tell me they don't have it. I am suffering from a very painful condition and to spend an hour and a half here because of incompetent people telling me they don't have my prescription because they're lazy.
This was the worst experience I've had at any pharmacy ever, by far. Just go to a different walgreens.

Extremely unprofessional, worst customer service ever. Pharmacy staff was rude, uncooperative and incompetent.

It was my first time, and not sure who messed up with my prescription but I spent almost an hour trying to find out/calling nurses/docs/insurance etc next day got a text they have it. Came to pick it up around 7pm and ... huge line! Another hour goes by... Just read few reviews online. Maybe they need to hire more staff, maybe they are 'short', as everywhere? But that is not a good experience :(

I very rarely leave reviews or bad ones at that but this one annoyed me quite a bit. Pharmacy took a bit of a wait, which was expected due to it being the only 24/7 Walgreens in the area so that want a huge deal to me. What DID bother me was he transaction at the front. I was simply trying to exchange a product. Walgreens vaporizer fluid was being returned and Vicks vapor pads were being bought. I have two cats and realized if I get the fluid, they can access it easier to eat it and I didn’t want sick cats. The pads sit nicely inside the vaporizer chamber so the cats have no access. I had two coupons that I was using. What seemed like a super simple exchange took about a half an hour. The first time we tried, took 15 minutes and due to her not being able to figure it out, I told her I’d grab my prescription and come back because a line was building up. I came back after 15 minutes at the pharmacy, to try again, and it took another 15 minutes and a manager to figure the whole process out. I spent a total of 45 minutes, while being sick out of my mind, to get this exchanged so my humidifier can help me with the bronchitis I currently have. I simply wanted to bring this to light to help in the future with making it a smoother process. I understand that it can be confusing sometimes but there were times the manager wouldn’t even come up when being paged.. all around, not the most fun experience ever…

Avoid pharmacy at all costs. They are severely understaffed and it is impossible to speak to even a pharmacy technician at this specific location over the phone. They are often times out of the medication that I need. I am stuck going here due to my insurance, and I am miserable and end up angry every month when I try to fill my rx. Thinking I might have to go elsewhere and just pay my enormous medication costs out of pocket so I can avoid this monthly frustrating experience...

Our veterinarian phoned in a prescription on Tuesday, December 20th. It took them two times. Finally after 1/2 hr on hold they got the prescription in. I called on Wednesday to make sure they had the prescription. I got through after 1/2 hour on hold. They said the prescription was being processed. We stopped by to pick it up on Sunday, Christmas Day. We were told it hadn't been processed, but would be ready on Monday. Monday, they didn't have it. We got 10 pills so my dog wouldn't have seizures. We called everyday and nothing. Friday, they said nothing was ready and would text us when it was ready. Nothing so far and it's been an hour. Evidently, they don't like filling scripts. We won't go back.

This pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. I have a critical medication that can only be made in a few locations. This is the closest pharmacy that does...which is 1 hr and 45 min away one way. I called in a script and told it could only be filled by the night staff, but would be ready in the morning. Made the drive...told to come back TOMORROW. Tried to explain that I couldn't physically make the trip again and no, I don't actually have a husband or friend that could make the trip instead. After a ridiculously long discussion with a pharmacist who's primary reaction was to blame "the new guy," they finally agreed to mail it. This sort of behavior has serious consequences on people's lives, and their staff should recognize this.
