I am disappointed in Verizon at East Washington Avenue. I ask for something and help. They then say they do it. Only to find out later that they actually have no ability to do what I was asking them for help on. So nothing is actually done! This has happened multiple times. I feel like they lie to me to solve their problems and move onto the next customer. I have been a Verizon customer for a long while. I'm considering finding another carrier. This is unacceptable!!!!

Now we see why u have 3 stars bcuz the customer service team in the store had an hour wait said they gone text me and NEVER TEXTED. This has nothing to do with this store in particular. Verizon has switched all of its support to overseas and they have royaled messed everything up. Tried to combine accounts and it has been 4 months of mistakes costing me so much money and interruption in service. I have to switch carriers it was such a joke of service. I feel SO BAD for the people working in the stores, they want to help but Verizon corporate ties their hands. The demise of this company will be the corporate idiots getting rich and making all our lives worse.

i need verizon at 4610 east washington rd. madison, wi 53704 to contact me immediately! i came in and started a new plan. which u got a new phone, turned in a credit phone (z fold 3), plan, insurance, got a watch and home internet. i still have problems that r not resolved 4months later hoping store can help. you have me a small box with paper taped to the front. to send within 30 days. i am hoping u know what that paper said to help me located my package as it has been lost! so now, the agreement we have is very different and i am very stressed i sent in the phone. i did not add anything to the box. fedex picked it up from walgreens on mineral point road, madison wi phone has still not been rrceived cannot get a hold of fedex without a confirmation number not sure if that paper had something written so it can be located! i need a way to track it- so hoping that paper can help! i followed thru with my end, but everyone else didnt do their end right and i am paying for it my account is now behind due to this. it is also turned off. i am also paying money that i am not supposed to. you, verizon said u would credjt me once it was scanned in... that does not help if i do not have the money to pay upfront! which i do not!! then i keep getting activation and deactivation fees!! any and all promotions have been deleted from my account free items now im being charged u also took off my acp program, which i dont know why... then... u upped the price we agreed on! please call, and look into this 608-636-5567

So this is an overdue review that slipped my mind, but I was reminded again of the professionalism of the people at this store when I received a follow up phone call from the manager, Oscar, asking about my experience and making sure everything was going well. But back to the start.I went in to change onto my own phone plan from being on my roommates and was assisted by Alex. A very kind individual who helped from start to finish helping me pick out my new phone, assisting with the trade in, and helping me get set up with insurance.Thankfully I did. Less than a month later I dropped my phone face down on gravel which cracked the screen and turned half of it black.I went in for some assistance filing the claim and was helped by Oscar. As busy as it was he was able to help me as well as the other two he was helping with whatever they were doing.Couple days later I received a new phone and he helped me get everything set up. Extremely positive vibes the entire time. I ended up buying a $400 dollar speaker while I was there that visit, and staff brought it outside so I could hear what it was like in the open before I made the decision.Overall a wonderful store, great management, and fantastic products.Thank you all so much for your help. If any of you need furniture or a mattress, feel free to grab my number from Oscar. You've all earned a friend's and family discount at Ashley in Janesville from me.

I bought a new phone that had a promotion for free tablet of almost $800 value. They didn't have one in stock so they were going to order it. After 6 weeks of waiting I stopped into the store and they forto process the order and there us no way of getting one now. 100% fault and they won't take accountability for it.

I was very happy with the service and outcome of my visit. I scheduled an appointment online and was able to resolve my issue in 15 minutes. Everyone was very helpful!

We added Arlo cameras to our business account and the representative created a new sub account with an incorrect address so we never received the bills and they also added the cameras to our normal bill so they were double charging and we didn't realize it until we got collection letters for the sub account over a year later. How do we get charged for cameras that we are still currently paying for on our account?? I've spent over 10 hours trying to get this resolved without any progress. We spend 12k a year with Verizon, it's a shame they are forcing us to find a new provider as we can't add anymore lines with them until there clerical error gets fixed but who can do that at Verizon? What department? Nobody knows. All I've gotten was empty promises to look into it and call me back months ago.

I have been through hell trying to switch my services over to this company. Their customer service wether it be in-store or over the line phone is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! Most places try and accommodate you to get your business but these people are rude and will argue with you from get go. I went into this location tryi to get some help as my money is all tied up with them over my Drivers license which is valid. I didn't catch her name this morning on 5/11/23 around 9 AM but she was more than rude when I came. I tried to explain my situation multiple times and she got really snippy with me. Bad bleached hair and piercings. I was so put off with how I was treated I left. I will definitely be taking my business to a different phone company that appreciate their customers and their business.

Just a cellphone store, right? If you believe that then just order your phone on line and good luck. Dalton was my rep on this particular day and his service of us was great. Took the time to answer all our questions, reviewed our plan as well as took the time to converse and add a personal touch to the experience. Will definitely seek him out the next time I need cellular assistance.
