This is not a real Verizon store. It's third party. We had to pay $5 to return a phone we had for 2 days, costing us $105 total for nothing.

This is not a corporate Verizon location. Apparently, they only hire scam artists here. The two guys (Rob and someone else) were constantly attempting to add non-existent charges to our new account for 2 hours such as charging us hundreds of dollars over 3 years for Verizon's free phone for new customer's deal. They even called a "district manager" to verify these scam charges, but it was clearly a coworker on the other line. We left and went to the corporate Verizon location and all of these scam charges were not even suggested. I genuinely feel sorry for all of the people that they must be scamming. If we had fallen for their scam then we would have spent hundreds of dollars per year more than we are now spending for the exact same plan and new phones that we got at the Corporate Verizon location. If I have time, I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection. Owner clearly doesn't care about the situation given most of their questions were already answered in my review.

This is not a corporate Verizon store (they are called Victra) and they do not need to abide by Verizons policies. We have been going back and forth between Victra and Verizon for over two months and due to the way Victra set up their policies we are in a very difficult state where nobody can help us with a return.The sales people were high pressure and added multiple items to our cart without first consulting with us. This includes a car charger and charging brick with charging cable. These items have over a 10x markup for the exact product online from credible retailers. We were provided with incorrect information as to how much we would save and what items were free of charge due to our upgraded plan.Drive the extra 10 minutes to the corporate store in Middleton and avoid this place at all costs.

This place makes Verizon seem like a scam company. They totally lied about what we were getting and what it was actually going to cost and then wouldn't even honor their own return policy when we realized what they had done. We've had to call Verizon customer service and go to corporate stores multiple times just to return something that should have been a 2minute process at this store. Avoid any Victra franchise location, there are so many better Verizon's around.

Can you say fast talkers, high pressure, slick, confusing, make the sale at all costs even if it's not what the customer needs. I came in to return a $47 cord I had been "sold" and in 15 seconds he had grabbed another cord of the same brand (only 4 ft. long instead of the 10 ft. long), when I inquired as to the price the salesman quickly said " oh, they're the same price." "It's just that this one is a newer model." These guys are slick with the slight of hand. I dealt with 2 different salesmen and had the same experience with both.

Order number 19911We received a new phone and have yet to see billing credit on the statement this was back in May 2023. Syed Hussain was the sales person. This needs to be fixed asap. We have called multiple times without any resolution. This needs to be fixed asap.
