I was promised a credit for the purchase of a new phone and never received it. Have been trying to contact salesperson, leaving messages almost daily. I have not heard back from him. This has been going on since the beginning of May. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! UPDATE: I have tried calling the District Manager who responded to this review and I have yet to hear back after leaving numerous messages.
