I recently purchased a new cell phone for the first time in several years. The experience far exceeded my expectations. There was no wait time, the rep at the store was really attentive and helped me find a good deal for the product I was looking for and made me aware of some great promotions. The transaction was smooth and relatively quick. It was a great experience!

Worst experience I ever had. I was charged for set up and activation fee which literally says setup and activation of Verizon SIM card, backing up your phone, migrating your information, setting up new device and helping you process any trade-in the bill. Unfortunately, Jackson said it's the store policy to charge the setup fee but if we really want to get the support from the store employees, we need to pay them $199 which includes 4 accessories. If we don't pay them $199, then we have to complete our own trade-in, transfer and back up our data by ourselves. He didn't even help to complete my trade-in. I had to go to the Verizon consumer store to finish my trade-in and it took 2 minutes over there (They were extremely helpful!). Also, Jackson said I have to finish my trade-in by 7 days, which is false according to the Verizon policy and the consumer store employees. I am not sure, why he was not at all helpful and made me feel helpless. I am glad that finally I decided to go the Verizon consumer store where I got so much of help and friendly stuffs.

Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and helped our family find the best fit in a phone plan. I wish I had switched from US Cellular to Verizon sooner, I would have saved $1200 a year or more. Even though I had been a loyal customer for 15 years, they were unwilling to lower their fees and I consistently paid much more for the service than new customers. 5stats for Dylan and for Verizon as a much friendlier and affordable cell service.

Nick did a full account walk-through with me, determined that the only changes viable would represent minimal gains and a small increase in cost, and gave me some upgrade advice going forward. He may not have earned a commission from my visit, but I'll be watching for his availability (sometimes at the west side store) when I next have account changes of interest!

Orlando hooked me up with a new phone and I was able to upgrade my apple watch and iPad too. He went above and beyond by getting to know me and staying after the store closed to make sure everything was set up for me.

My SIM card broke right before a trip, and Dylan provided the best support I've ever gotten from someone at a phone company. He spent the whole morning troubleshooting, providing suggestions, and working with Verizon phone support on my behalf to get a new SIM set up. His patience and calm attitude stood out to me during the experience, and I'd feel fortunate to work with him again. Couldn't say enough positive things about the support he provided in what was a stressful situation for me.

After damaging my phone, I needed an upgrade and got an Apple Watch. Received great help from employees Dylan, Mike, Shawn, and Ben. Great customer service throughout thanks to the Madison team!

Dylan at the Verizon store was absolutely fantastic Verizon disconnected my service without notification and Dylan was able to re-establish my account and ensure everything was in proper order prior to my departure.
