If I could give a lower star rating I would. Customer service was not great at all. The representative didn't take time to listen and understand what I was trying to accomplish by my visit. Took it upon himself to just start doing things without me understanding the purpose and I was given a list of numbers to call so that I could be helped via customer service instead of them helping. Literally went around in circles for no reason there. A waste of everyone's time.

I needed a new phone and cannot believe how amazing the service was! Benjamin Stauffacher went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very on top of what needed to be done both in helping me and other customers in the store.This will definitely be the Verizon I will be going to from now on. Cannot recommend enough!

I recently purchased a new cell phone for the first time in several years. The experience far exceeded my expectations. There was no wait time, the rep at the store was really attentive and helped me find a good deal for the product I was looking for and made me aware of some great promotions. The transaction was smooth and relatively quick. It was a great experience!
