Very horrible experience, this must be the last place if someone is shopping for family's numbers.1) I was charged $280 on the day of purchasing 4 family numbers,2) after I made the payment and cell phones are activated, I was told that I would be charged $140 on my next Verizon bill, in lieu of activation charges. So I am going to pay total of $420 extra for discounted family numbers. Where is the discount?3) one of 4 cellphones got a camera malfunction. I took it back to the store and then I learned that I had to pay $52 more to replace it. And I paid, because I needed a phone on good shape.Moral of the story, this store is absolutely not recommended, they make money out of their customers one way or another.

In addition to purchasing a new iPhone at this location in September, I have also stopped in for simple information about accessories and "how to's". Each time the staff has been extremely friendly and very helpful. I live closer to other Verizon locations but prefer to travel to this one because of the service I receive. Shout out to Verizon employees Tyler and Ian.

I did not get any of the promotions that were promised. The sales representative that worked with me started avoiding my calls and emails. Very unprofessional, I can’t wait to switch carriers.

Ordered and payed for a new phone online for pickup from this location and they would not let me pick it up without a physical copy of the card that I purchased it with, even though I had all other information that it I made the order. The worker that was helping me was clueless and needed to pull someone else in for help. They ended up sending me to another location, telling me to work with someone else to cancel my order from this location and place a new order from the other location. Complete waste of time going here, might as well only just go to the “corporate office” on McKee to get anything done.

If you need something fixed, adjusted or purchased, this is your store and Dean is your guy! He went above and beyond out of his way to help our family streamline for what we needed. He saved us time, money and an immense amount of sanity by handling everything so swiftly. Thank you Dean and friends at Verizon gammon rd!

Was fed up with the insane automated verizon assistant being completely useless, took my issue into the store. Walked right in and a fella named Rio (sp?) got it taken care of. Good guy. Singlehandedly kept me from switching carriers.

james was super patient with us, we had a lot of issues trying to do a trade-in and we probably took up 3 hours with him and his coworker/manager(?). didn’t expect things to turn out the way it did when we walked in but they were kind and understanding. they got patient fr, they need a bonus for the things they had to go through dealing with me lol

My wife and I have been using this store for a couple of years (pretty much since it converted from an Arby's). Never had any major issues, though the customer service was not always sterling. Anyways, bought a new phone from the store and have had issues with it texting and receiving group texts. Took a couple of trips but they got that figured out.Then discovered that my phone often, for no apparent reason, will just fail to connect to the internet or send or receive texts either on 5G or LTE. Went to the store a couple of times, had my brand new Apple iPhone 14 checked out at the Apple store. I am paying for the best 5G service on a brand new phone and I am getting dead spots all over Downtown Madison with 2-4 bars. So I walk in tonight a little upset, in a firm voice I start expressing my frustration. The manager quickly cuts me off and says I am going about it wrong because he is not corporate Verizon, so he can choose who he works with. He then starts to spiel about how he can do the standard troubleshooting. I simply say "If you cannot help me, please give me my phone back." He hands me my phone (which I bought from that store for $1700 6 weeks ago), and I walk out.While upset, I was not unpleasant, and their ability to kick a customer who has dropped thousands of dollars at their store to the curb after a 2 minute conversation speaks for itself I think.

I would like to highly recommend Brandon laidig for his help to me this afternoon in buying a pixel phone. He was very clear about comparing phones, and he was extremely helpful with transferring my information from one phone to another. And in addition he found me a charging station which in the case of the phone that are Android or hard to find. He was personable helpful easy to talk with and I think you are very very lucky to have him on your staff. Okay

I went in to get a insurance claim because my phone was broken, and an employee named Rio told me very rudely that it’s not his job to help with claims, even though the day before he was willing to help, but I didn’t have my debit card on hand that day. Pretty unprofessional, considering they didn’t even have a single customer in the store besides me. I guess the $150 a month I pay for service doesn’t include help with simple things. Might consider switching carriers if it means better customer service, not to mention better prices.

I came into pay a bill, Mike lowered my bill by so much I couldn’t even believe it. Rio was awesome, they got me into a new phone, hooked me up with accessories. I can’t wait to come back and get my store phone from my business and business internet through these guys! Thanks again.

Rio and team were incredibly helpful (and friendly) in setting up my new iPhone. I picked up my new phone from another Verizon retailer who essentially said that they were unable/unwilling to help and that I would be fine to figure it out on my own. I kept experiencing issues that Rio and team were able to quickly resolve.
