Its a very minimalist hotel, but that was a very appealing factor as it was mostly for rest after a long day on the convention floor. My flight got in late, but the front desk made sure that I had everything I needed to get into the room without any hassle. They use a code entry( LOVE THIS!!!!) And the room was well maintained with plenty of towels and replacements for anything in the room. Highly recommend!!!

Don’t let the exterior fool you - this motel is clean, has very cute rooms, good service, and is a great value for the price. This is a hidden gem for the value-conscious guest. I will definitely stay here when I visit Madison.

The exterior is much sketchier looking than the interior. Rooms were nice and my stay went well. My only complaint was there was a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet which doesn’t stay on the mattress very well.

Great helpful staff, super friendly! Stayed in a lovely room, very clean..felt safe with cameras in hallways...was able to stay for an extended time for an excellent price! Neighborhood was a bit dicey but location was close to all major highways and had private parking area...a true blessing to have an extended spot to call home on such short notice! -Thanks again Carl !Noteworthy details: Kind, friendly staff that were very accommodating they made me feel safe and welcome ?

The over all smell of this place is horrible. They charge your card an extra 100 for a security deposit. Which i have yet to see. 3am we had a man throwing rocks at our window. After the 5th rock it was enough. Went to call front desk. No phone in the room. No thermostat in the room. Bathroom was disgusting. I'd look elsewhere if youre thinking of staying here.This is an email between myself and the owner.We stayed in room 206 on Saturday 10/7. Curious why I have not gotten my $100 back yet. Most hotels only charge the card if there is an issue. Do not let the old building fool you. Whomever took over this place is slowly making sure things are cleaned up, repaired, and updated correctly. I will absolutely stay here again.Rooms: Updated, clean, and looking good. The water pressure is excellent!

I was just expecting an old dirty room with dirty carpet. THIS ROOM IS REALLY NICE and clean instead. Flat screen TV mounted. It's not in a bad neighborhood. I also found the mattress was super comfortable. AC in rooms.Rooms: I was very pleased with my room!Nearby activities: Shopping, eating, car repair.Safety: It's a pretty safe neighborhood. I didn't see any drug deals, or police even, other than the ones that drive byWalkability: Close to many retail stores and if you want to walk a little extra the East Towne Mall.Several restaurants within walking distance

Cozy fridge & Microwave. Clean bedding, bathroom ok ? clean floor. Check in is a different process from Traditional hotels but it's acceptable via their terms. AC is excellent ?Am I satisfied ? ☺️ ? yup.Roku TV connected to WiFi for all your streaming needs. If you're into theatrics, Hulu, Amazon plus a few more.Walkable distance to various stores.

Gets bad reviews but it really was not horrible. I was surprised there were not roaches due to the reviews. Cheaper for the area amd worked out perfect for our needs.

It's a shame that this motel is actually exists with complete misrepresentation. It does not deserve even a single star. It's dirty, malfuntioning and loud A/C unit in the room which guarantees a disturbed sleep. There was no hot water and the sink was partially blocked. There is no one in the reception overnight. When tried to call or text the phone number that was provided there was no response. We had to prematurely vacate the motel. We were even denied a refund for the second night although we checked out early in the morning after overnight stay. Do yourself a favor and avoid this like plague.

I didn't stay here but I called to get a prices and ask about pet policies. I was told that they don't do pets unless it's a cat ??. I have an in training service dog and they still told me no. Really??? If I'm right a service animal can't be turned away??. But yet a cat can stay there.I'm a traveling Healthcare worker and my dog is my ESA . And training service animal.
