I am truly disappointed in the way I was treated by staff. I told them I had issues with a few of the crooked nails, and nails that were different sizes and shapes before the design was added. None of my concerns were fixed. I chose to leave and place a phone call asking for them to be fixed or get some of my money back the following day because I was so upset of how they looked. When I went back to get them fixed, they took me and showed another CLIENT my nails asking if they saw anything wrong. The client agreed with me and the nail tech said “how do you expect me to fix it?” I was absolutely embarrassed and will never return and would advise to go to other nail salons.

Owner is very rude. You can not say you don’t like anything about your nails or they will get very hostile. My sister’s toe Nail was chipped and very damaged to point of pain. My Nail polish is very bulky! Pedicure was rushed. If you actually care about how your nails look I recommend going elsewhere. The price has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. On top of the owner mumbling remarks under his breathe and throwing my receipt at me. They need to learn proper customer service just because you own a business does not allow you to speak to customers any kind of way. This was my FIRST AND LAST experience with this nail shop.
