If you are scheduled at this clinic with Dr. Marty Mozena, CANCEL! It was our first time meeting him and he was very unprofessional. It was like he saw the appointment on his schedule and already thought it was a bull*** reason for my husband to be seen. He then started talking with profanities, because my husband wasn't giving him enough information. He offered bloodwork and didn't think it was necessary because he knows it's going to be normal? As a physician, you have to build trust and a relationship with your patient. He doesn't want that. He's arrogant and has ABSOLUTELY no empathy. Very poor bedside manner. Very disappointing and a waste of our time.

I suffered a miscarriage over Christmas weekend and the person who attended me was wonderful. I was seen quickly and she was very compassionate.

98% of the time when I come here I get great service. Today I had to make a trip to urgent care and was seen by a few different nurses who were all lovely. Yama in particular was an absolute gem! She is a wholesome, caring, and kind nurse who made me feel 10x better after having a very rough morning.

Zero stars. The wait time for a 18 month old an hour and a half and then 30 minutes in the small clinical roomDon’t respond with tell me how we can do better by. Calling this number. Wake up wake up you’ve lost your way. You’re inconsiderate and have no understanding of how to staff your clinic. Guys unless your dying stay away far away. How many terrible reviews do you need health care president before you make changes. ?

Went in for one issue and it wasn’t addressed at all instead I was prescribed meds for something else and the meds didn’t help. Close to $1k bill later and still same issues but now I don’t want to go back there to be charged another $1k so they can not help me again. Frustrating.

"Just ignore the pain" said by urgent care doctor. This is why the rest of the world jokes about American healthcare. Pain is your body's way of communicating something is wrong. What a joke. Request your imaging folks!

0 stars. Absolutely horrid place for medical care. Don't go here unless you enjoy wait times over 2 hours, staff who let you know that you you are not a priority and rude for thinking you deserve care, and doctors who give you only 10 minutes of their time (if even) after you spent most of your afternoon in their waiting room. I would rather travel across town or across the county than use this clinic again.

I am truly APPALLED by the way we just got treated by Nestza Wahmhoff! She was clearly in a hurry (I get it). She didn't even knock before entering our room. She made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. We went regarding ear pain. The way she jabbed the scope in my daughters ear clearly hurt her, so then she starts touching different areas of the ear asking if it hurts. My child said yes and then to be rude she poked my daughters shoulder and asked "does that hurt" and looked at me as if my child was lying. My kid has a history of ear infections and the dr said she saw fluid in there. And then told me that it could very well turn into an infection in a few days?! What the heck? Very unfrofessional provider. I will never be returning here for healthcare ever again. I am so appalled. She also stuck a QTip in her ear which was clearly painful for my daughter.

This is my primary care clinic. I avoid it like the plague. Don’t go here unless you have full coverage, zero deductible, zero copay health insurance. The doctors follow every prompt and alert that Epic spits at them and the coders are experts at coding to the maximum possible acuity level. If you are in for one reason, they’ll find another random procedure or test to order even if you’re perfectly healthy, and will bill it as diagnostic. You go in with zero idea how much you’ll be paying for a visit—their estimates are worthless. My husband and I have also gone in for the same purpose and are on the same insurance plan, and have had wildly different experiences. On my new patient office visit, I was billed $300 in lab charges for bloodwork that I didn’t ask for and which wasn’t related to any health concern or issue I had. That is on top of the $250 for the doctor’s time, which was considered diagnostic because prior to coming in I responded when ASKED what my health concerns were—not because I received any treatment or care for them as it was a primary visit. This clinic doles out screenings, lab work, referrals, and prescriptions, but not care.

I regret coming to this clinic. My provider spent 90% of the time checking items of a checklist on a computer screen while I sat uncomfortably, naked in a gown for a pap that I ended up not having and 10% of the time talking at me. I was not heard, I was not seen, there was no discussion. I came in with one concern, wanting skin check, and that wasn’t even brought up. I received a very fatphobic and biased speech about my weight. My provider, Dr. Kochman, is obviously still learning and I want to provide feedback. I gave feedback in my appointment about how her telling me not to drink soda (which I already don’t do) and to do 20 min of exercise (which I do more than this everyday walking our dogs, attending Yoga classes, and chasing around our toddler) and how being overweight puts me at risk for diseases later in life, was incredibly unhelpful. She apologized, but told me “that’s the speech I give all my patients.” This makes it worse, telling me that you give a cookie cutter speech and reassures me you are not a provider who cares to learn about their patients or is willing to listen when one bravely decides to give feedback, which I will be honest is a really scary thing to do face to face. Weight is a vulnerable topic, especially for a breastfeeding, postpartum Mom. This was by far the worst experience with a medical professional I have ever had. The kind of absent minded, checking items of a list that makes a person really feel invisible. I have my degree from UW Madison in Community Leadership and have worked in a lot of ways with the East Side community here in our wonderful Madison and I hate that this is the option for our healthcare. I recommend it to no one. I will not be going back to Union Corners.

DO NOT COME HERE, the worst customer service. I was running a few minutes late, called but couldn’t get through. I got to the office within 10 minutes of my appointment. I tried to check in at the kiosk and it wouldn’t scan me in. Tried to check in at the desk and no one was there. More than 5 minutes later someone came to the desk and said because I was late no one could see me. Absolutely ridiculous, if someone was there to check me in I would have been able to see my provider.

Urgent care here is a joke. 12 people in the waiting room and 2.5 hr wait. People have been scene before me and my sick child that have been waiting 30 mins while my child hacks and coughs and we been waiting 2.5 hrs

Just know if I get in a car accident and my life is on the line and they bring me to THIS urgent care, I’m dead. Literally got here at 10:30 AM with a one year old and didn’t get seen until AFTER 12:45 then took even LONGER for my baby to be seen. I read the reviews before and though, how bad could it be? But sitting there for over 4 hours and watching everyone but you go get treated is exactly why I’d never come somewhere like here again. Listen to everyone else. Find a different place to go. Just not here.

The best urgent care ever! The wait time was long, but I feel it is because people abuse the system. Urgent care is flooded with non-urgent matters and therefore leads to longer wait times. I don't mind the wait. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to me. UW Health has never let me or my family down before. Keep up the great work!

Clean nice facility. Efficient intake. Attentive staff. I had to go twice to treat a sixteen day illness. Second time was a charm. Got the proper meds because I developed more symptoms. Bronchitis n earache. Severe cold too. Ouch.
