The guy working here is a huge POS. They let a random person put a hold on my mail for a month, gave no apology or explanation, and then were rude to me about it. Gave me someone else's mail. And they DO NOT answer the phone — then lie about it.

I rang the buzzer three times for help and was ignored, even though I heard someone working right around the corner. Extremely rude.

Attention - this is not full service postal location. It is A Letter Annex location. It is clearly stated on the title. No postage sold here either because of this.

I received the worst service ever here.I made a hold mail request here and later canceled it, but had to go there several times to get my mails since they never accepted my request (even though they said they did).They do not even issue a request confirmation number, which you get when requesting online. If you have the number, you can change or cancel the request online, but without it, it is impossible and thus you have to do it at the office with the workers here and you will waste your time.

This is a carrier office, not a post office. Cannot send mail or buy postage at this location. Google listing is misleading.
