    The key to a package box got stuck in the lock and would not open it nor come back out. I couldn’t get my packages and they were important! The postman came, removed the key, but did not remove those packages and put them in the package room nor did he leave another key for me!!!! So I have no way to attain those packages.... read full comment

    Excellent service and helpful staff! They work very hard, but the line is usually long due to many clients. An automated postal machine would be very helpful.

    The Wingra St Post office is SUCH a gift for me! As an author, I am regularly sending out books I sign - the team there greats me, knows what to do, they are efficient and fun.
