Only work here if you want to be abused daily by your supervisors. Forced overtime means 15 hour days even in a blizzard, driving 50 year old, rear wheel drive, aluminum trucks with no heat or ABS.Despite being union they will violate the contract on a daily basis and if you're lucky you'll get a bit of extra money months later through the grievance process.Expect to work 6 days a week 12+ hours a day for a year or two until you get your own route. Then it will be 5 days a week 12+ hours a day unless you get a medical restriction.I fully understand why the term "going postal" came about!

We had very bad attention. A passport appointment for our children and they did not attend to us, they said that the appointment had been canceled, they never notified us. We wasted time, we lost a day at our job to find out that no one told us why they canceled our appointment, I felt frustrated. Thank you.

As a small business owner, I can't trust you to get my packages out in a timely manner. Packages not scanned on drop off, rude employees and just general lack of common sense. All this could be avoided if you scanned the packages on drop off and stopped sending them to Milwaukee only to have Milwaukee send them back to your location. This leads to almost 7 days to take a few packages less then 45 miles. Avoid this location at all costs.

Will loose your package and do nothing to resolve the issue. Trash service and with rude employees.

It’s the post office, you’re going to have a wait no matter what. I suggest you look at the live feed on the Google page to see how busy it is.

I scheduled a passport appointment at 9 am to learn at 9:10 am that the clerk is late and won't be in until 9:25 am. Considering there are multiple signs that tell people to arrive 10 minutes early, it's not okay to be almost half an hour late without any proactive notification.

I do not even want to give them one star. The help people didn’t have any idea about any of the terms and no help was given to me. They were rude helping me the entire time as well. Never got my issue solved.

Can't get to a person and when I call everything transfers me to a voice-mail that's full. This is not an accident

The employees are very nice here. The usps is an integral piece of our society that deserves more funding and respect.

They're a bunch of thieves and have the laziest staff who will do the absolute least to make sure your mail gets delivered. Stole my mail TWICE and they refuse to take any responsibility. Chris, the supervisor is the most useless person ever and hope he gets fired and never gets hired by anyone ever again. Chris if you're reading this I hope you get what you deserve and I wish you all the very worst.

Utterly incompetent. Brought a package in to be shipped out to Phoenix, and they shipped it straight back to my address here in Madison.

Had a passport appointment today, and when I arrived, there was a note on the door that due to staffing issues, passports would have to be rescheduled. I took time off work to drive across Madison for this appointment; the least they could've done was call me to tell me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
