Poorly managed USPS location when compared to East Location.
Loses packages, one or both Self Service kiosks unavailable, long lines. Avoid if you can go to alternate location.

Workers are nice and the self service is always open.

They DO NOT have walk-in passport service on Saturdays as their website advertises. Otherwise staff was helpful and the line moved at a decent clip
