Worst location ever no one speaks when you walk into the store. They are racist and get mad when you ask them for clarifying questions on plans and promotions. I always feel uncomfortable and disrespected when I don’t fell like driving to the corporate store on the east side.

IDIOTS!! Broke internal screen on phone, screen was black! Grabbed a old phone of mine out of my dresser with an outdated gmail password and switched the cards from phones, but due to gmail password being wrong i couldnt use anything updated that was connected to my gmail account even my GPS wouldnt work. US told me all they could do is set me up with a new gmail that everything was a complete loss since it kept sending a code to my broken phone to retrieve my gmail password or to update it.. Since I couldn't see due to screen there was no way to retrieve anything connected to my gmail so pics, emails, nothing.. I then went to Batteries Plus/We Fix It.. He transferred absolutely everything to the working phone in 2 minutes.. You would think a REAL US CELLULAR store in Madison Wi would know more than a 3rd party US Cellular store in Richland Center WI would or a We Fix It store would.. I ALMOST LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF THEM JUST SO THEY COULD TRY N SELL ME A NEW PHONE AND I TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES THERE

Incredibly unprofessional employees. One of the employees was wearing a 1/4 zip sweater with no shirt underneath, and zipped all the way down. I don’t need to see your bare chest skin and hair sticking out everywhere. Cringe.

0 stars if I could. Today on 8/25/2023 Friday . Me and my partner went to this location to start a phone plan for us, the employee named Ken didn’t really take us seriously discriminated as soon as we walked in , ran my partner’s information for credit information and said our down payment would be 1,200+ dollars for both of us, basically that’s like redeeming that his credit was fraud that Ken redeemed it as, didn’t offer any form of payment plans not even prepaid .He treated us poorly in the end and left without any phone service , don’t come to us cellular if you’re young with little credit history because they’ll turn you away so fast your head will spin

DONT GO TO US Cellular if you're young with hardly any credit history , 22 years old Attempted to get phone service hooked up from this location for 2 lines and was told by Ken that I'd need to pay $1,200 down (why would I get a locked phone for 1,200 for when I can have online exclusive colors and 1tb options for same price outright) I work 50 hours a week and can't even get a working phone

I went to buy a new phone in April, and this gentlemen helped me and told me my monthly payment for the phone line and phone would be $75 dollars a month, after a few months I looked at it and I was paying upwards of $140 a month. Its August right now. I paid $300 more in the past few months without even knowing. The gentleman working there is missing a tooth and is a scammer who literally signed me up for other things I never wanted. That man should be fired and I'm going to call operate as well and complain. I'm going to change my line and tell all my other friends and family to change theirs as well. DON'T BUY A PHONE HERE unless you want to be scammed, then go right ahead.

Worst experience with US Cellular in 20 years. In the almost 2 hours I was at the store buying a new phone, the sales associate spent almost an entire time on her personal phone talking to and texting her husband about the color that he was painting their house. When she wasn't doing that, she was hanging out with another associate looking at dresses online. Three weeks later, I get my bill and find out that she lied about the amount that my monthly charge would be for the new phone. I was told it would be a roughly $2 per month after the discount was applied and it turns out it was actually $30 a month, plus additional fees and charges. I had discussed multiple times with this lady prior to her even getting the phone out of the back room because I did not want to spend that much money per month on a phone.The only redeeming factor of the entire experience was the associate I spoke with on the phone when I had to call customer service to dispute this issue. She was compassionate and caring and appalled at the terrible service received at the store, however she was not surprised that the terrible service I received.

Went a bit technologically nutty this Christmas season, so I had to stop in three separate times in the past couple weeks.Yes, the wait can be long. And yes, once you sit down at a desk, US Cellular seems to require an unholy number of clicks to do what seems like a simple task. But the staff here (and I feel like I’ve met everyone) are phenomenally pleasant. Great customer service, the newer folks flail just long enough that you know they’ve tried, but then they also readily ask for help from their more seasoned coworkers.Can make for some long sessions, but I honestly have no complaints about anyone involved, and am confident I’m in good hands.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I was ignored from the moment I walked into the store, while others coming in after me were greeted and put on a list to be helped, meanwhile I had been there 20 minutes and had no idea there was a list I needed to add my name to. The woman who looked to be the manager was in the corner socializing with two of her coworkers, laughing and talking about things that didn’t involve work. At one point, she started making fun of people who talk with lisps or have speech issues which drew the line on disrespect for me. I waited over 30 minutes and not a single person in front of me had been helped yet, so I ended up leaving as I refuse to bring my business to a company that has such horrible morals and disrespectful employees. Customers should always come first and it was proven tonight that U.S. cellular puts their customers last. If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Word to the wise, if you’re over 300 lbs you have no place to make fun of others.

Absolutely worst company ever. How I have stayed for over 10 years is beyond me. They will lie to get you in the store, lied about the services I would receive, want me to pay $210 for internet service that was absolute garbage after my son downloaded just one game, etc.asked to speak to a manager and never got a call back. Explained i was in the hospital with cancer and had surgery and they didnt care. Lied about everything. Just ridiculous how they scam hard working loyal customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone ever.

I ventured into US Cellular on Junction Rd. looking for a phone upgrade and what my best options were. In the past, I've dreaded this activity because of the confusing options, costs, and the stress of learning a new device and getting it all set up (both with applications and cases/screen protections, etc...)My recent experience was by far THE BEST I've had. Josh Cahill clearly explained my options, asked me what I needed help with, and got me set up 100% before I walked out the door. I was able to use my new phone with no stress, and I will definitely continue to do business here and with him!
