Tried to open an account at the Fitchburg branch and gave them my drivers license from Puerto Rico. They said I needed a U.S. drivers license or a passport! I explained that PR was part of the U.S. and I don't need a passport...and waited for them to try and find out if that qualified as a valid ID. I finally left and went to another bank that knows that P.R residents are U.S residents.

US Bank has plenty of financial resources to provide one bathroom for use by customers. That's not a big request. People actually notice these things, believe it or not.

Unable to provide cash upon request. Poor service from management. Called a local bank and they were able to do it without issues. Shame on usbank managers of this location.

Majority of the time this location is my go to, but I avoid trying to get one bank teller as much as I can most times I can’t. This bank teller is a female with brunette hair and I believe she’s the only female staff. I don’t know her name but I see and know her face when I go to the bank. I hope that this location will see my review but it is my second interaction with her involving documents and I find it very rude of her to always be reaching her hand out constantly trying to grab my documents while I’m working on pulling them out of an envelope/folder to hand over. I know what I need to hand over and it is my property which she should not be reaching over trying to grab out of my hands and wait till i hand them over. Or the least ask if she can have them to look over instead. Might not be a big deal to some but for me it’s rude, you wait till it’s handed over. 3 stars because of this bank teller everyone else is fine.

Friendly and professional bankers every time I am there. Been banking as a business there for only 6 months and am already known by name by all employees. Quick and efficient staff making deposits and opening accounts!

Worst bank I've ever been with. I knew within 3 days that I wanted to close this account. 1st of all I opened an account and was never told that I had a $1000 spending limit on my own money. How can you tell me how much of my own money to spend in a day? My rent is over $1000.The 2nd problem occurred just now when I got off the phone with a woman who told me that I was able to use the mobile check cashing for up to $5000 a day. But when I went to cash my $1500 check my app Told me I could only deposit 200 a day and 400 a week.I am absolutely fed up with this bank. Why do you make it so hard to access MY OWN MONEY? What am I giving it to you for?Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst US Bank service ever you can get , it is just like a bureaucratic employee roles ,as an ex ;when you ask for money withdrawal think you ask for something you do not have th right to get it .....

I had the worst experience this morning with the Manager Teague Racine. He was very rude, uninterested with my concerns with my account, and had the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. He rushed me off the phone and his tone of voice was very hurtful. He makes the entire company look bad & I decided to close my account with the bank based on his customer service skills. Everyone has a bad day but if u hate your day job, it’s best you quit

I had talked with other staff members in the last couple of days at this branch on getting some Euro’s for a trip. They were very helpful and verified me over the phone. When it came time to place the order I called in and was told I needed to drive in to place the order then come back the next day. I asked for the branch manager and he said I was talking to him. I called another branch. They just took care of my order never even asked me to come in. It was all over the phone just as the other bankers said. Sometimes management looses touch with customer service.

Decided to open a savings account while working and going to college. Someone in another state was withdrawing my account hundreds of dollars negative every pay period. I filed a fraud case and got some of my money back but the bank refused to acknowledge the huge amount of overdraft fees the thieves had accrued. After multiple attempts to change my account information and multiple fraud withdrawals I was told it was unlikely one person could be dealing with so much fraud and it would be best to close the account so I did. About a year later I attempted to open another account at another bank. They told me there was a collection on my account worth almost 2000 dollars. When I called US bank to settle this they told me they purged all of my account information after they were hacked. They then told me the only way to settle it is to pay it, but technically I've never had an account in their system so I'm unable to pay through them I'd have to call a debt collector. This has been the worst bank experience ever.
