Horrible. In the past, I have had packages delivered to this store without a mailbox. I ordered an item off the TikTok shop and I had it sent there. Item kept being denied due to it being delivered by the postal service. Each time I called to inquire about the package I got the run around. No one knew anything about my package until I called customer service to learn the package had just been refused a hour ago. Distrustful staff. One agent got slick with me over the phone about it. I was going to drive up there and ask tough guy to step outside but I have a REAL career. In all the package was refused twice by the clerk and therefore sent back to the shipper. So I am out of package. I have learned their policy with postal but the way they conduct business is trash. Agent knew about my package and could have explained that to me. I will never return and won't do business again with this particular store as others have been more helpful.

Trinity was such a delight this evening with my Amazon returns. My code was for Whole Foods and she helped me correct them to UPS. She’s such a great employee made a stressful situation fun and easy!! Thanks Trinity!!!!

If I can give a 0 star rating, I would.
I came to UPS to print out a shipping label and packing slip to return a pair of boots in March and after weeks of not receiving a return on my purchase, I find out that the package was never returned or scanned.
I recall my experience there in March as the associate not wanting to deal with me and rushed me out before I saw him fully pack my return package.
I'm not sure if the boots were stolen or thrown away, but now I am out hundreds of dollars due to this UPS's staff's incompetence.
If you go to this location, please make sure you see the staff pack and put your package in the correct outgoing pile or you may also have your package disappear into thin air like I did.

- Either management is poor, or there's a severe lack of communication, but I have emailed the shops after realizing that my package had vanished into thin air. Please advise with your shop associates because there are email communications.

TRINITY was Amazing! She was the ONLY employee, but she never stopped greeting folks, moving, and checking on customers. She also has a lovely personality!

UPS managers need to check on their weekend staff. When I, walked in. The staff were slamming customers packages on the counters. kicking customers packages behind the counter. I, normally have a great experiences at this store. But not today.

There is a girl that works here that is a beautiful soul. She's so friendly every time i come in. I wish i knew her name cause she needs to be recognized for her great customer service.

I came here to return 2 Amazon packages recently. A man at the back of the store immediately started using hand gestures and pointed to the kiosk at the front of the store. No words, just frantic hand gestures like I was not supposed to enter into the store any farther than the kiosk. I had never used a kiosk like this before and there were a list of instructions to read before starting the return. A line had immediately formed behind me after entering the store, and I didn’t want to waste time learning something from scratch while people watched me waiting in line with their packages, so I asked the front desk if they would do my returns at the desk. The woman said “I guess I can do them- I normally get paid to just stand here” Why make a customer feel bad when they’re asking for genuine help? I felt like such an idiot and nuisance in this place despite doing nothing wrong, just asking for help. I’m not coming back here to ever do an Amazon return. I’ll go to Kohls where they actually help and are pleasant and efficient.
