Anthony and his team customer service is excellent. I left my phone in a rental car and to meet his deadline to send next day was willing to go over to Hertz to retrieve it. Fortunately, Hertz made the delivery over to the store, Anthony had it wrapped and sent out on time to make the one day.
Anthony took ownership of the problem and made sure my problem of leaving a phone at Hertz got resolved for me.

The UPS store is fine it's just UPS I have a problem with. Having them screw up to deliveries within 2 weeks costing me much money I will never use UPS again and will make a point of telling everybody my experiences and the lies they told me. I want order from anybody that delivers using UPS and I will spend more if necessary to make sure that UPS is out of my life forever.

Asking if I can buy USPSstamps Im told my soft-sided envelop can only go UPS for 12-dollars. Then clerk offers USPS, while co-worker says UPS is better. Confused I use a real post office paying 5.60 instead.

Thank you for being willing to stay open a couple extra minutes when I was stopped by a train just before closing time! To do that at the end of a long day dealing with Amazon returns was very kind and much appreciated. Thank you greatly.

The staff be looking irritated by you coming in and them having to do there job. I feel like I’m annoying them the evil looks and the vey quiet demeanor is very intimidating to the point I try and avoid this staff as much as I can. I don’t understand how a job that pays you to do a job u look miserable doing it. They need more customer service training.

I work with many people helping them ship packages and notarizing documents. So I've been to different UPS stores. My personal experience has been excellent from the employees and more than excellent from the owner. Expect to receive great service, professionalism, patience and, above all, many smiles. GRACIAS!!

Great customer service. All staff is trained in knowledgeable. All opposite equipment is kept and good repair All mail services are processed here and staff can help you with any questions

I've been coming here for years and have consistently received great service -- always courteous, pleasant, competent. I recently left something on an airplane. A staff member created a shipping label and emailed it to Delta for me to get the item back. Above and beyond.
